Breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly

Communication between the hotel and booking.com was off. Booking.com advised a certain request of ours was approved however the hotel knew nothing about it which caused abit of confusion and unpleasantness....overall everything else was great.

The staff were all great, even security. Our room was nice and clean with a big bathroom that had both a shower & a bathtub. The pool area was so nice & quiet and relaxing. They also do room service which for us we got our food delivered to our room soon after ordering it. The hotel is close to basically everything. They have a buffet breakfast every morning until 10:30am. And checkout time is 11am which is very reasonable.

The rooms don't have irons, you have to call reception and request one. The bar fridge is way too small and bottles roll out of it. The food is extremely blend. But I would definitely book with them again.

Location was good, can get to most restaurants walking. Breakfast was good, however the breakfast closes at 10am, if you we got there at 9:40, the warm food station was already closed and chefs were so reluctant to fry eggs for us.

I have stayed here 4 times before (without kids) and the facility was very good and comfortable and staff was very friendly This time around, staff was not so friendly, asked the check-in lady whats on offer for dinner and she was not so welcoming....making the facility feel unwelcoming. security personnel were friendly good and friendly. Room was a bit small glad it was just for one night

great location not too far from the mall.

Navigating the parking is an issue. the room key never worked when accessing the boom gate.

Food was nice and enough viarity to choose from location was safe and close to the sea.

The bed was hard and the extra blanket in the cupboard had a stuffy smell. The telephone services are not effective, I reported a faulty bath tub system at night, was promised to have it attended in the morning but nothing happened.

You know,I felt soo at ease...the room was soo comfortable, I felt at home.the mini kettle ,coffee nd tea was such a swt touch to the room.i extremely love the shower,awesome...from the safe under cover parking to the fantastic ❤️ breakfast 😀 I'm speechless.i loved everything on the menu,the pool side bar was soo awesome as well.i will highly recommend 😀 this hotel Nd it's my go to place for a weekend in durban definitely, it's close to everything 🙃, shops,beaches,restaurants etc.thank u garden courts for a beautiful experience

The cleaning staff mistaken my bus ticket to the race to be just a paper, but when told admin and house keeping staff that my ticket was missing, they all looked for it and fortunately found it in one of the bins, I was just seeing my race ending right there. But all right hands on deck. The ticket was found. I was so relieved. Big up to the House keeping staff and reception staff on Sat 10th June who put all efforts to recover my ticket. Everything went well and I got my medal.

Breakfast was healthy and delicious.

Perhaps increase the number of irons and ironing boards for usage by customers. If it is not possible to allocate each unit an iron and ironing board. This can make life easier for the customers. Try to also engage with the ooba drivers on the road not to play their music loud while people are asleep. I could hear some of them playing loud music which was annoying.

It was really nice and the weather allowed, everything on point from check-in to breakfast. The floor managers were on top of their game ensuring that guests feel comfortable and are attended to.

One of the staff members was really not so welcoming, the attitude was so bad from day 1 until check-out. I will therefore not penalize everyone because of the one person. I did chat to one of the managers to provide the feedback and address her privately. It is more feedback than anything and hope it helps her improve.
