handsome period building with many original features including a wrap around balcony. room was spacious and bed comfortable. lots of breakfast options served a la carte and very close to many restaurants in Florida road.

Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay, excellent! Room was comfortably decorated.

The shower in the bath was not quite working well. The shower screen allowed alot of water to be spilled on the floor.

The breakfast was excellent, made to my liking and with fresh ingredients. The waiters are kind. The room is nice and clean. Duly air conditioned. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleaning lady even looked for me to give me items I forgot from the room. Most importantly, the hotel is situated next to some cool places including restaurants.

The Quarters Hotel is a beautifully renovated hotel in a very accessible and convenient location. The staff took great care of me as a single female travelling alone for business and they were helpful and accommodating. The room is beautiful, with high ceilings, aircon (definitely needed), TV with DSTV and enough space to set up laptops etc. The breakfast gazebo is lovely and airy and light, and the breakfasts were delicious and a good variety. The location is good from a restaurant perspective, as there are many, many options to choose from.

The location on Florida Road isn't great in terms of noise. However, this isn't the hotel's fault as they have tried to get things put in place to reduce speeding on the road. It does sometimes sound a bit like The Fast and The Florida Road so if you do stay here, ask for a room that doesn't overlook the road.

The hotel and room are nice and clean The breakfast was amazing, you can choose everything from the menu. I loved the hot and healthy. Best breakfast in South Africa! They also have a real coffee machine, no filter or instant coffee. The area is safe and there is 24/7 security. Many coffeeshops and restaurants in the Florida road. But we took an Uber at night to be 100% safe.

However the rooms are quite loud, you can listen to everything outside of the room and building and there is a lot of traffic...

Staying at Quarters Hotel was truly exceptional. The boutique hotel has a great old/colonial feel to it; with all facilities being super-modern as well. Aside from the amazing luxury, comfort, and the incredible location of being a couple minutes away from Coffee Shops , Cafés, and great restaurants—- it was actually the staff and managers on duty who made my stay truly special; they always went above and beyond! Would definitely come back here again, and soon!

The overall experience was world class. The staff were totally accommodating and assisted me with changes to my booking with no inconvenience at all. A special mention should go out to Kelly and the ladies that serve the breakfast. They are an asset to the etsablishment.

A little road noise but you are prepared to accept that for the location to all the restaurants in Florida road.

Breakfast menu outstanding

I wanted a downstairs room ajoining my friends with a walk in shower. It was not available when I arrived. I had to get a staff member to help me up and down the stairs

The location is great; there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was on the colder side on the evening that I booked in. It was disappointing that the heater feature in the airconditioner wasnt working. However, the blanket provided was helpful.

After a long trip around SA with my daughter the Quarters was absolute luxury. We loved the cleanliness, the beautiful quality finishes and the lovely staff. The location was perfect as we could not hear the Florida road normal noise.
