Three Boutique Hotel

The hotel was great ... staff were un-intrusive but there when you needed them and really responsive to any requests we had. Travelling with a 1 1/2 year old can be taxing at times but this hotel made it easy. Room was super clean and facilities great. The position of the hotel is the best you could get in Cape Town. ... 10 to 30 minutes form almost all main attractions and walkable distance to some lovely small places to eat and a shopping centre. I used to live in Cape Town and I would highly recommend this hotel to any one coming to see the city.

There was not much to dislike ... only thing I can think of is the automatic gate was not working with the fob so was manual ... but this did not in anyway affect our stay or make is un-enjoyable.

I enjoyed the genuinely caring attitude of the staff; they were always personable, professional, and courteous at all times. The breakfast was well-proportioned and tasty! I loved my large room, especially the bed!

Because of the sun and heat, I didn't really get a chance to enjoy the outside amenities at the hotel. This was, in no way, a fault of the hotel. I simply can't evaluate their outdoor facilities (rooftop and pool).

I loved my stay at this boutique Hotel. I asked to be moved as the blinds were not able to close and I was promptly placed into another room. Sadly for me not within the main house but it was nevertheless a beautiful room with a lovely walk in shower. To be able to watch german tv channels was a bonus but unfortunately as I got into a movie on the dstv channel it froze and stopped. I enjoyed breakfast in the main house and I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I can't wait to hopefully spend further time there! Thank you!

I would give this hotel an 8.5 if that were an option. The hotel and grounds are very pretty and our room was big and beautifully decorated. Excellent views from the shared rooftop!!

You have to have a car or plan to Uber a lot in order to stay at this hotel: it is in a nice, quiet residential area on a hill, and it takes at least 10 minutes to drive to the major sites in Cape Town. Our shower drain clogged on our second night and caused a terrible water mess on the bathroom floor - maybe a fluke, definitely an unwelcome surprise.

Perfect small, friendly, value-for-money hotel with fantastic service within an easy car/taxi journey to the centre of Cape Town. We loved our stay here and particularly enjoyed the breakfasts!

Can't think of anything we didn't like other than the weather! But that's hardly the hotel's fault - we'll be sure to come back in the summer next time!

A mini bar in the rooms would have been good. I moved from one hotel to this hotel on the day, as I was unhappy with the previous accommodation that was booked for me. So I had no time to request for the mini-bar to be stocked. It also would have been great to have had access to room service (even basic room service) for dinner - room service is advertised on the website. Access to DSTV would also have been good - only Showmax and YouTube are included

I didn't have the breakfast but I liked the fact that there was an "honesty" bar where I could get something to drink - and a snack - if I wanted to, no matter the time. The staff are always very helpful (this was my second time there) and willing to give me a plate or anything else I may need to use in the comfort of my room.

This is a small hotel which is my preference. However, there was a noisy guest, talking on his phone in the corridor and despite the polite requests from the staff, he did not relent! I cannot blame the hotel for this except for maybe guiding the person into the seating area inside the building so that other guests are not disturbed.

Great location with good balance as it’s close to main places to visit but also far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. All staff were lovely and friendly. Also the hotel only has 15 rooms which is nice and means it never feels too busy

Very nice personnel. Very helpful. The hotel is located in the near suburbs, just at the beginning of table top mountain, which is a must. The area where it is located is very beautiful, residential and silent. The breakfast is excellent. Thanks a lot for a great stay.

The cover for the bed...this is personal, I did not like that it.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Decorated with good taste, excellent breakfast, good wifi connection in the room, easy to park, easy check in and out

Almost nothing. If I have to be very critical, the wifi connection on the roof top is very poor and our room did not have a nice view since it was located next to the stairs.
