Hotel Concordia

Right in the heart of the city, very nice breakfast, huge rooms and bathrooms, pool was over chlorinated, jacuzzi and sauna was nice.

There is no parking available at this location. They have underground parking that is never available for guests. You can park on the street if you find a spot, but you must pay online for that.

Concordia Hotel is easy to find on main square or corso (minibus from Sighisoara drops before turning up to the train/bus station saves 15-20 minute walk) and you can check in online etc. before arrival (door codes). Check in was pleasant, like a business and tourism hotel, not very busy and furniture fittings etc. may have been refurbished recently, with a good bed, nice pillows, tv with lots of channels, mini bar fridge, good bathroom and spacious entry hall area, two lounge chairs and a desk too; first floor. Also a pool spa area and sauna on first floor with an outside terrace courtyard, used several times with jacuzzi and heated pool, nice (bathrobes in room). Breakfast is very good for a hotel of this level with all needs catered to and nice softly lit eating space behind reception. Also from Corso Cafe, nice in rainy weather plus outside front tables, which does food (check the QR code on menu too see full menu), does coffee, teas, business lunch, variety of pastas and pizzas, plus some other main dishes; dined twice on pasta, all good.

Maybe the Corso Cafe could print a full multilingual menu vs. using QR code to read from the telephone; many older tourists and people may not want to use.... and miss the full menu vs. limited card menu (was not explained)

We stayed in one of the large apartments w/ 2 rooms +friendly and helpful staff +perfect location in the city center +delicious breakfast +private parking underground

-there is no socket in the bathroom (I tried to shave) -there was no light in apartment hall, it was dark when we entered and had to use phone flashlight but they fixed it on the next day -retro furnishing and equipment -door handle in one of the 2 rooms inside the apartment was faulty, so I couldn't close the door and had to put my shoes behind the door to keep it closed

Very nice staff, easy acces, good location, nice bar. Public parking available, free for the night time (18-8) but pricey during the day (1 euro/h).

Outdated spa area, single beds kind of narrow, basic mattress on single beds.

The SPA is basic, but not bad, especially when not crowded. Breakfast was OK, though not exceptional, but the server was quite nice and attentive.

The first night of our stay, we asked for the facilities to be turned on, but the receptionist cam up only in about an hour. The lift wasn't working for the duration of our stay. The reception staff was quite uneven, some nice, others utterly unprepared. Some of the bathrobes were tattered. The interior design is horrendous :D, way worse than you can tell from the pictures. Lots and lots of red...

Big room, friendly staff, nice pool area (not big but cozy), loved the jacuzzi. The bathroom was kind of dated and you could see that in the amenities but very clean. Bathroom fully equipped. The room was big, the bed was cozy. The staff was friendly and helpfull even if we arrived late in the evening. They sent us all info to be able to get access to the garage and room. Noce location, right in the city center, close to restaurants and sightseeing locations. It's just a 5 min walk to the citadel.

The hotel was inside the center of the city, perfect location, also the breakfast was exceptional good, we also liked to relax in the sauna, jakuzzi and the swimming pool.

In the phone the hotel told us that they haven't got baby bed, however turned out on the site that they have. We almost brought one for a lot of extra money. We had some problem with the heating but the staff solved it professionally.

Room was very clean, it is right in the center of the city, walking distance to everything from there basically, I really enjoyed the inside pool, because I had my 5 years old girl with us and we were basically the only ones in the pool every time we went there, and had a lot of fun.

The waiter ar the bar downstairs was new and she did pretty poor cocktails, but it all truth, she told us upfront about that, and I was the one to still order a fancy cocktail. The hotel restaurant was booked for provate parties for the both days we were there, so we did not get a chance to eat there...

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and facilities were really good. The hotel is very centrally located on the main road in town. There are many good restaurants very close by. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Breakfast was underwhelming. There is a continental breakfast on offer but the bread was stale and dry and there were very few options to choose from.

Nice personnel, we travelled with our dog and he was welcome, great location near the citadel.

If we do have to pay for the dog at least a minimum accommodation should have been provided, like a pillow or mattress.
