Friendly staff. Exquisite clean rooms modern furnished. Breakfast with variety of choices. Large terrace available for smoking exit restaurant. Nice pool area. City center at walking distance. Great value for the money, definitely we'll come back. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings.

exceeded our expectations, nothing to complain about

Since our arrival, the staff was really nice and helpful. The room was really a good size with a big and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent.

It's the best in town...clean, good personnel and good food.

I liked that the room temperature was high and that it had a pool and sauna.

It’s located far from city center, 25 min walk so you depend on the car. Also, the common spaces were not heated during December, only the rooms. We felt cold at the restaurant. The first day, we had continental breakfast with everything at choice (even vegan options), but the second day it became a la carte and you had to choose from 3 types of eggs only. The pool is heated only at 29 degrees Celsius. It felt like they were saving food and energy etc.

Amazing hotel, wonderful atmosphere, perfectly clean, excellent pool, very very quiet place, kind and nice employees, especially Diana who is the secret of the hotel's success in my opinion, A very wonderful woman, smiling, helps with everything, accompanies the guests with every request, if we return to the hotel again it is only because of the amazing Diana.

There is no elevator from the parking to the hotel, inside the hotel there are stairs between the rooms which makes it a little difficult to carry bags.

Rooms are clean & spacious Staff is always ready to help and very polite Food is very tasty in them restaurant and not pricey. We tried few other restaurants in Medias and definetely Mercure’s one is the best in town. Breakfast is variated

No towels at the pool

Amazing breakfast and amazing staff. Very polite and friendly. The facilities are amazing. There is a big pool and 3 saunas. There is a big parking so this is not a problem.

Would be nice to have more than 1 pillow/person. The location is about 15-20 min walking from the city center, so it is not very close.

Fresh renovate hotel with a very nice panorama view, great stuff, good food and facilities.

Everything was excellent, all personnel (the manager Mrs Livia, the receptionists ladies, the waiters, the chef, etc.) was always willing to help and make a pleasant stay. Swimming pool indoor and sauna are a great plus.
