Park Regis Singapore

Location is excellent, near to the river and MRT, rooms are super clean, the staff is helpful, the pool is nice, and quiet and never too crowded. It's a very good hotel and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast hall is under renovation and there is no on site breakfast which was not mentioned when I booked. The breakfast was delivered to the room, the quality was VERY VERY poor. Only when I complained I was informed that there are also vegetarian options and 10$ vouchers to get. During 5 nights stay the rooms was cleaned once only. It's a pity the hotel doesn't provide rental bike like it did few years ago.

Location, across the road from MRT, which we used a lot, and close to Clark quay eateries.

Rooms a bit small with no separate bathroom, just a small partition with frosted glass of toilet visible from bed.

Great location close to China Town, Clarke Quay offers great choice of food and bars. Easy access and only 5 minute walk to the closest MRT, pleasant staff and facilities with a comfortable bed.

Restaurant food choice was very limited. Only offered seafood and to get anything else meant ordering room service. Not ideal when you want to dine and sit in a restaurant so didn't get a chance to rate the food. Also milk for tea and coffee was limited in the room so you could only get one drink each and when staying for 3 nights it wasn't ideal. We had to order milk via room service and was charged 6.90 sgd which was quite extortionate. Lighting on the room was also quite poor, didn't work half of the time so sat in a dark room which isn't ideal when getting ready.

Free water bottles in the lobby for guest consumption, super thoughtful and you can just grab a bottle before going out and after coming back. Nice staffs and comfortable bed.

Pretty decent room albeit a little on the small side. Everything worked ok. Shower was good as was the aircon and the WiFi. Staff were very helpful and even let us use their poolside shower facilities later in the day well after we had checked out which was nice, especially given our lengthy journey home. Generally pretty quiet as well.

Room could have been a bit larger (nowhere to stow my main bag) and some extra storage for clothing would have been welcome. My room overlooked the pool, which could get a little noisy when kids were playing. At over 150 quid a night (bed only) was a bit on the pricey side, but then everything in Singapore is hellishly expensive.

Location good just across the road to Clarke Quay and an abundance of restaurants and bars. Breakfast excellent and lots of choices for any nationality

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Pool was great. Perfect location opposite Clarke Quay and station and short walk to Chinatown. Small room but we liked it, cosy and clean.

The breakfast wasn’t that great. The noodles and the dumplings were tasteless. Wouldn’t pay $30 each for that again. Better to eat out. TV options clunky and very outdated, needs upgrading. We couldn’t get one of the channels it said, programmed to a different channel when you clicked on it. They didn’t know how to fix. Feel like all the money went on the lobby and entrance as very nice, however would prefer nicer bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance or a short Grab ride to many sites we wanted to visit. Rooms were of a reasonable size and clean. Didn't have time to use it but the pool area looked amazing. The breakfast was generous but unadventurous. Our flight was in the evening and the hotel kindly let us keep the room until the afternoon. The check-in and check-out process was quick.

Unfortunately, there was work happening in the building while we were there (during week days) and the incessant drilling noise was annoying but, I guess, unavoidable. The management did send a small gift to apologise for the disturbance. Didn't like that the toilet and bathroom were not in a separate room (separate cubicles behind a half wall separating them from the bedroom). This is a basic hotel so no bar or restaurant (there is a restaurant on the ground floor but, I believe it is independent of the hotel).

Perfectly central, ideally located at a walking distance from the touristic district, all of which can be reached with a pleasant walk. Millions of food options nearby, convenience stores, malls. Three minutes from the Clark Quay MRT station and the corresponding bus stops. The facility is modern and nice, secluded and apart from the road, very quiet. With large common areas, nice gym, seriously large terrace pool. Very good quality breakfast, with many options and good food. Japanese restaurant on site. Friendly concierge service, quick check-in, luggage storage service. Shower possible after check-out in the gym/pool restrooms - much needed before a long night flight home! Overall, would totally recommend and definitely consider for stops in Singapore in the future.

Only con, our twin room was British-sized, i.e. somewhat small if you are travelling with giant bags like us. Price is relatively high in general, but a good bargain compared to other options in the same (totally central) district. All in all, a good price to quality ratio.
