lyf Farrer Park Singapore

Centrally located (great mall across the street with access to lots of retail and food options including early am coffee for those who are jet lagged). rooms were clean and comfortable. I was skeptical about how to a co-living property would workout for our stay but this exceeded my expectations! the staff also went out of their way to leave a handwritten card and snack for my spouse’s birthday with no request from our part at all. Very thoughtful!

None. I thought I would find the housekeeping policy of once every week an issue but not at all. the light housekeeping after 2 nights worked out real well with fresh towels.

‏I like everything about this hotel: location is super , rooms very clean and good manteind .Staff is excellent I was privileged that Wei Han was at reception when I come , he was so friendly and helpful, very patiently explains everything about hotel room and Singapore . He was like angel during my twelve day stay in Singapore . Edward Lim was so kind looking for invents in Singapore during my stay, like a private konsijerge, I felt that he did really care, I have to mention Asraf for all help and care Thank you guys you made my vacation very special 🙏

Rain, rain and again rain

it’s very close to the Farrer Park subway station and there’s a bus station right outside. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was decent size for Singapore. The laundry station was very convenient and easy to use- $6 for a wash and $6 for dry. The hotel sent email updates about events happening in the area which was very courteous considering there was a major religious festival coming up at the temple nearby where up to 40,000 people might attend. The individual work stations in the lobby were comfortable and cozy.

The floor in my room was dirty and so were the glass cups. The hallways were not air conditioned. I don’t think it would have been comfortable to have two people stay in my room.

Great amenities and extremely convenient! There are two gyms, a shared kitchen to cook as well as common and private work spaces to work and have meetings. It’s also about 2mins to the nearest train station and plenty of dining options to get you through the day whether you’re looking for breakfast, hipster coffee or late night supper. Room is clean and comfortable.

Can get a tad noisy at night due to the temple next door, though it doesn’t end that late.

Very nice hotel with no frills. Positive atmosphere, clean, good value for money. There is a gym. The bar downstairs, although it is not officially part of the hotel, makes excellent cappuccino and pastries. There is a metro station 20 meters away and a shopping mall across the road. Most of the guests are young students.

There is no room cleaning, towels are changed every two days. There are many restaurants nearby although they are mainly Indian (the hotel is in Little India)

My room was clean, quiet. Reception was helpful and friendly. Couple of minutes walk to Farrer Park MRT which is so convenient!

It was a nice idea to use the kitchen facility during my stay. The kitchen was clean when I used it the first time, but I went again on a different night, the whole area was completely wrecked. Every work stations and sink has dirty pots and dishes. It was disappointing.

Clean room, friendly staff, whole array of facilities.

There was some kind of fly infestation in the vents/drainage of the bathroom/toilet. I didn't bother with it because my trip was too short, but for a longer trip I would have definitely pointed it out to the managers. Also the fridge is definitely too small for the guests across the entire floor.

I have stayed here for 8 nights. Room is small, but has space for everything needing. Extremely clean and have many towels. This hotel has gym and lobby for comfortable work or rest. 2 minutes walking to MRT Station and Bus Stop. Nearby many indian restaurants with delicious and cheap food.

Washing machines are only in lobby and it self-service. Often you can see situation, when all washing machines are working and you need come back again. Also it doesn't have refrigerator and TV in room. But public refrigerators and kitchen are available in 4 floor. Staff will clean your room only 1 time for 3 days.

Overall value for money. Like the location and the concept. Right next to the MRT station. Food are also easily available around the location. Not to mention, there is a cozy common area to dine plus a shared kitchen to DIY your own meal. Very helpful and friendly staffs too. In a community living concept, simple cleaning and thorough cleaning once a week is fair. Like the toiletries provided too. Gym are also available on the ground floor.

If it's not for the ventilation in the room and the drainage in the toilet/bathroom it would have been an easy 10. Due to the humidity and the AC (for obvious tropical heat reason), the smell from the drainage is slightly unbearable for me. But for my partner who has a sensitive sense of smell, needless to say we didn't get a good night sleep. We specially requested the window to be unlocked so we can air the room plus the helpful maintenance guy who came to clean/unclog the drainage. The smell was gone for few hours and then the nightmare came back. So we just keep the window open as and when we can't bear with it. Thanks to the raining season, it's pretty cooling at night without the AC.
