Ibis Budget Singapore Imperial

Location is close to Lavender Station, like 5-10 mins walk and surrounded by several bus stations. There is a nearby Fair Price for grocery plus food hubs and fast food. Staff were nice especially Natalia. Smooth check-in process. Bottled water was provided. There was a pool upstairs, enough to dip after a long walk of touring. The best part was the breakfast buffet, considering this is a budget hotel, the menu was different everyday. Fruits were served, too. Coffee maker was superb and juices were available. Rice, eggs, cereals and bread were part, too. The staff during breakfast were attentive and serving. Love them! Stayed in 222 and Wifi had great connection. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will consider to comeback here.

Room were small but it served the purpose of stay. There is no bidet. Molds were in the ceiling near the aircon which created an unpleasant smell. Floors needed a serious sweeping as hairs and other dirt were still present even a make up room was already done. TV had a breaking speaker, could not watch entirely.

I liked the location near the mrt and the centre of the city

Nicely maintained. A lot of sockets. Got hair dryer. Quite spacious. Inclusive breakfast was also good enough.

Complimentary water is mentioned but no bottled water in the room. No toothbrush sets; we hd to go get. Reception not answering the phone. Wifi was weak. No bidet.

thin walls. at night, you can hear the loud banging of the doors of other guests. you can hear guests talking in the hallway. we had an unfortunate incident where the card reader on our door ran out of battery. It was fixed the next day.

One double + single was just right for a family of 4 (kids 5&6 yo). Room was clean and comfy, shower has good water pressure, convenient location with lots of eateries around, convenient store and supermarket. No windows no worries, you just need to wear your watch/phone beside you when you are asleep.

Our check in time delayed by 1 hour cos the room wasn’t ready. Walk way outside the room was kinda small but bearable. No mineral water provided cos sg tap water is safe to drink… emm.. I’m kinda skeptical about it. But can convenient get supplies nearby.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. First, I would like to commend the staff. From the reception to the housekeeping, everyone was so nice and very accommodating! Shout out to Natalia for a straightforward checkin process and for being very accommodating. Another thing that I loved about my stay here is the great location. Both the bus stop and the MRT station (Lavender) are just about 2 minutes of walk away. Finding food isn't a problem as it is near from two hawker centers, a shopping mall, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, and kopitiam (Lavender Station). The room itself was very clean and nice, smells good, comfy beds and cold aircon (it's so hot in Singapore!) and the bath towels are changed everyday. Water pressure is very good too. All in all, this hotel is so worth the money. I'd definitely stay here again when I go back to Singapore.

This is a budget hotel but it is well worth the stay. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was nearby a metro station so getting around Singapore was a breeze. Breakfast was included and the meals were adapted to local tastes but still very satisfying. There is also a swimming pool at this hotel - wow !! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a venue for your stay in Singapore.

It is relatively small hotel but that doesnt matter, the stay was very comfortable

New and Very clean rooms, very close to Lavander train station, there’s Mc Donalds, Bake shop, Burger king, affordable restaurants and money changer all in one place. Grocery is 3min walk from the hotel. The lady in the reception area let us check in a bit early, we were so tired and sleepless when we arrived from the airport. Pool was relaxing at the end of the day. We had so much FUN.

Sounds can be heard from another room, even the kettle boilng😂

It was far away from the city (to be walked by foot to the central parts) however, accessible area. Bus/ Public Transport close by to the hotel. Maps to Singapore provided in the lounge area and staff very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the extra towels provided outside of the door.

The pool views were misleading from the photos online as faced other buildings and was over looked by skyscraper/ flats so not private to the hotel.
