Hotel Bencoolen Singapore

Location is perfect, busses and subway station nearby, very friendly staff and reasonable price. There was no breakfast at the hotel, but a good restaurant next door, and multiple eating places close by, Breakfast is 5 min away.

We could hear the neighbours next door, but it was no big problem. We never complained. They could hear us. At this good price I can live with hearing people in the next room. Otherwise nothing.

Pakteek (Pacheek) knew everything and was always helpful. He is fabulous. So too are all the staff. Great and helpful people.

For a famiky room we were very crammed. Perhaps we should have ordered a bigger room or two small rooms. We thought that the "Family room" would be bigger ....

The receptionist name Sandra is very willingly to help me out for my request. And the housekeeper is very friendly and polite. Good job 👍.

There is no facial tissue in the room. And the coldness of e room is not control by guests

Checkin service is fast and excelkent. Room are so spacious. Sufficient hanger inside wardrobe. Room qnd bed are claen and comfortable. At night you don't worried about the car the carpark shutter will close for safety purpose. Nice place to rest during the night as it do quiet even at the main road.

There is limited toilet amnieties provided , only soap, toothbrush. The location for parking is back of the building and no proper signage shown. The driver must always be alert . Overall all are good.

We didn't have the breakfast in the hotel but I would like to commend the staff particularly the matured man who was very welcoming and friendly he assisted us in every way

There were left over crumbs of chips on the floor and bag of chips inside drawer

The location is great! Room is rather spacious, and front desk staff was very friendly.

- Bathtub quite old - Towels smelled of burnt fabric rather than fresh linen - TV was pixelated - Pillows were too flat, had some difficulty sleeping

the room was spacious and big, comes with bathtub too. staff is friendly and i feel welcomed too. will go back again!

thrs need to improve on removing the mold on the toilet wall and the towel smells like rust metal???

Front desk was mostly friendly Window view was just empty well No cutlery upon request Small hot water kettle... Like really small Disposable slippers would be nice, but didn't affect stay

The hospitality of the staff. The comfortable room, and they clean the room every day, the refrigerator

Overall it's good, comfortable and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
