Location is ok if you dont mind a walk. They did message me when I left something behind.
Absolutely no staff on site, difficult to get extra towel easily etc The shower drain was blocked so water pools past your ankle, pulled it out to find huge old hair clump, clearly. Rooms is a tight fit. Shower was only cold.

The room is clean, bed is very comfortable, room is specious and within 5 minutes of walk to Little India train station. Next to the restaurant has halal food restaurant and the food (chicken rice) is very yummy
No safe place to keep your luggage if you wanted to keep at the reception area (lobby).

Very nice people, really friendly. It's close to the metro, restaurants, all on walking distance. Little further you find also a lot of shops and the Metro, will bring you for peanuts everywhere.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I also liked the kitchen and garden hang-out zone. The staff were also very responsive and helpful.
The check-in procedure was a bit confusing if you are not used to that system. But the staff immediately were flexible, observant and helpful.

Check in and check out was via a telecom, but it was super quick and smooth. There is a washer and dryer but they are $5 each. They have a changing machine if you don’t have coins

The room was in a very good and safe location. Was also in a prime location close by to so many shops and also the Little India MRT was just 5 minutes away.

Got a corner lot which is nice and clean. Bed is comfortable and there is a little desk for doing work. Air conditioning is cold whereas shower is pretty hot, which is awesome. There are food just downstairs of the hotel, and it is a short walk to lots of food options. Transportation to town is very convenient as well. Staffs are polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.
There are a lot of workers around the area and while I don't want to be sexist/racist, as a girl staying alone I felt rather anxious.

I wish I was given higher floor unfortunately the hotel was fully booked !
