Excelent Value for money. We will definetely come back. Room was big and had nice views to the city. Excelent breakfast. Quite convenient if you travel by car since there is underground parking (paid) and access is easy. 10 min. walking distance from Stary Rynek. Swiming Pool is open till late and wasn't very crowded.

All was good. Only point to mention is bathroom. Wall and door were made of glass with a sliding courtain to get some privacy. It wasn't a big issue for us (couple + small kid) but might be uncorfortable for some people.

Super Spa facilities making the price excellent value for money.

The management should really ensure the lobby bar is safe for guests. Two unruly characters and their lady friend seems to completely out of control. Drunk loud harassing the other patrons. Sleeping on the bar counter, smoking, sniffing substances off the bar counter and generally rude to me and my wife. I complaint and the response was that there is nothing that they could do. How is that even possible? This spoils what otherwise would have been a last evening in Poland. My observation was that these two was some gangsters that the Hotel avoided to confront.

Good parking facilities in the underground car park, prices are also OK from a parking point of view. Basically a very good appearance of the hotel, although a bit outdated in terms of technology and furniture. Spa area is small but perfectly adequate, saunas and pool worked as planned, as did the service. The rooms are clean, but room service has to be actively requested and is then also done in the desired time window. I cannot rate the breakfast and restaurant.

Unfortunately, there is a permanent construction site next door until 2024. Rooms facing this site will hear a lot of construction noise (as we did). There are few sockets in the room, especially none by the bed. The card system for activating the lift sometimes drives you crazy. I don't understand at all why hotels have completely glazed toilet areas where a curtain has to be drawn on the inside, which also consists of several parts and is not fully closed. I have experienced this in several hotels and I will never understand how something like this can be planned.

I can't say enough good things about the hotel. From arrival I felt like someone took care of me. The lady at the counter was super nice and explained all the things were included in my room. I stayed on the 9th floor, the view was amazing. The room spacious and modern. I received some sweet treats which were delicious. Breakfast buffet is very varied and I am sure everyone can find something to satisfy their cravings. The location is ideal if you are looking for a spot in the city center.

Spacious clean rooms, great buffet breakfast with area for kids in restaurant where breakfast is served. Clean rooms, good internet connection (Wi-Fi), polite and helpful staff, nice gym and pool with 2 jacuzzis. Central located next to shopping center (Stary Browar/Old Brewery) and walkable distance to Stary Rynek (Old Market). Lots of restaurants in the area. My favorite hotel in Poznan.

Bathrobes and hotel slippers are not available in the room and need to be ordered at the reception for additional charge (20zl). Number of parking spaces limited (we never had a problem with finding parking space however)

The overall comfort and cleanliness of the place. Rooms are spacious and the executive suite offer a very good view from the window. Hotel is situated in the heart of Poznan so everything is very close.

The spa and wellness centre was being refurbished while we stayed at the hotel. Because of that we couldn't use these facilities. One of the reasons we stayed at this hotel was because of the spa and wellness centre so not being able to use it was a bit disappointing.

I stayed in several hotels in Poznań and this is currently my favorite. Rooms are nice and spacious, with comfortable beds. There is a rich selection of cold and hot dishes and sweets during breakfast. On 2nd floor there is gym and a pool with 2 jacuzzies and saunas. Although we stayed over the weekend none of the amenities was crowded. Staff was always nice and helpful.

The number of hotel parking spots are limited, however we were allowed to park on different spot after calling the reception.

I have stayed already in this hotel several times and this time got free upgrade to bigger room / apartment. As always, this hotel had great design, clean rooms and one of the best breakfast ever! Plus parking in the garage with nice view from higher floors. Amazing hotel!

Some equipment starts to look bit used and management should start to look for small refurbishments in coming years. Also big construction site, right next to hotel + garage doesn`t make this hotel so welcoming these days.

- the breakfast - by far the worst service I have seen in a hotel this class; good for a 2 star place, but not 4 and this price - the design of the bathroom looked nice, but the glass door have a tendency to rebound, even when closed very gently

Location was great and the fact we could use the swimming pool and sauna any time of the day, without having to book. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of options.

I didn't like the fact we had to remember to put the sign for the room to be cleaned outside the door. I guess if the hotel wanted to be more environmentally friendly, there could be a note inside the room to say to keep the towels hanging - i.e. not be washed/replaced. I also didn't like the glass doors of the bathroom. I travelled with a friend (not a partner) and we had no privacy. Even with the curtains.
