The staff were super accommodating.They pay attention to my needs.
There are some fixtures in the bathroom that needs some fixing such as the handle on the shower. It came off and it worried me.But I got it back and it worked again. And the bidet on and off button got dislocated and the water was coming out at full blast, but I managed to put it right back and it worked well. The next time I used the bidet, I knew what to do.

Location was excellent for visiting the Robinsons shopping mall. The room was clean and tidy and the extra services of having a massage in your room excellent.
The room was small and there was no coffee or tea to make after a long day shopping you had to buy your own and use the hot water dispenser located by the lift. Room service didn't attend the room for the duration of our stay so our towels were old and damp on the last day of our stay.

The most comfortable bed I've slept on, my 29 days of vacation. Water was actually hot in the shower. The staff were very polite & helpful. Right next to a mall, so all your shopping needs available.
There was no view in the room, is my only complaint ☺️

We like the friendly and accommodating hotel staff and that our request for a queen bed was granted.
The AC unit in our room didn’t get cold enough until after midnight. The bathroom sink is clogged as it takes a while to drain. The soap dispenser by the sink was empty.

The location was near the airport, beside robinson’s mall and near to my relative’s place. there was also a hospital nearby

We just dont like the keycard I really dont like it because it didnt open the door quickly We still need to activate it in the lobby.
