Stone House Hotel Pasay

Me and my wife stayed in this property for 3 nights and all I can say is, this is the BEST place to stay in, if you are finding a comfortable, and excellent service to stay in. I personally want to thank sir FERNANDO, their very friendly and accomodating security guard, make us feel safe, also miss LIZA, miss JOMERLYN, ang ma’am GRACE for making our stay very comfortable. The location of their place is a strategic location near airport terminal and they also offer us shuttle car straight to airport terminal 3 for a cheap price, so our travel is efficient. Thank you fotr that

With the price we paid, it met with our expectations. What matters most with our stay was the staff very polite and respectful and very helpful. For me, no matter what problems you encounter with your stay, if staff are very kind and respectful, problem will not be a problem. They were so helpful. I need to send a box of fruits to a friend. I was thinking of taxi to have it delivered. But the very kind security guard advised me to get lalamove which is more cheap. That kind of gesture is kindness. Kasi sa iba Pa yan, Wala na silang pakialam. But they extended and helped me. The taxi service of the hotel is exceptional especially with the price. You can’t get any cheaper than that anywhere. The driver who is also the owner of the car is so kind. I needed to buy medicines on our way to the airport. He was so kind to pass at a pharmacy. That’s pure kindness. Thank you

Complete amenities with friendly and accomodating staff (Ms Grace, Ms Jomerlyn, Ms Angie, Ms Aileen, and Ms Bangi)! Some negative reviews made me hold back but the stay was entirely comfortable and relaxing! No problems encountered. Extended my stay and had a great time in my room. The Security Guards were also friendly and ensured the area's safety. Highly recommended!

I'm an OFW, I have been a regular customer every time I go for vacation. I always stay at Stonehouse day before my departure from and to Domestic and International flight. The location is nice.. close to the airport and MRT and LRT station is just a few meters walking distance from the hotel which is good because both station connects to all the malls you wanted to go. The security is nice and does his work, assist the customer as well as the front desk is nice as well, attends and answers concerns. shoutout to them Sir Fernando (Nightshift Guard) and Miss Lizalyn (Front Desk).

So far i don't have any comment yet during my stays in this hotel. =)

I just would like to say thank you to my room stewards who made my room neat and clean Primo and Angie,to the restaurant staff joan,balong and angie who always make sure that the food is always given to me on time,to the front desk personnel thank you for giving me warm greetings and a beautiful smile,to the security guards who makes sure that we are 24hrs.safe, thank you for the hardwork that you've given for us i appreciate everything that you guys do and that's what makes my stay so wonderful,i am looking forward to being seeing you guys again in my upcoming travels...😘😘😘

My recent stay at Stone House Hotel Pasay, was simply fantastic! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend Stone House Hotel Pasay for a delightful stay experience. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable! Easy to find because the location is just along tye highway and near the airport. The staff/receptionist and the security guards are very nice and accommodating. The room facilities are okay and clean but small for two beds. Not so comfortable with the bed (too narrow) one wrong move and you might fall from your sleep. 😅 However, the Hotel is good and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks God bless.

The room is too small for two with two beds. “STANDARD DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM” I paid P1500 or P1,600 I think when I got there. But my booking was only P1,366.07. This, I don’t know why. Not so comfortable with the bed (too narrow) one wrong move and you might fall from your sleep. 😅

This hotel served as favor ng Lord samin. 🙏🏻 As students and first time traveller and stayer sa hotel with these group of friends, we really appreciate the service of this hotel, so accomodating and they didn't meet our expectation kasi hinigitan nila yung expectation namin. 🤍 So affordable price and good service and relaxing stay in. Di ko po nalilimutan yung pag FREE nila samin for early check in which is may bayad talaga. Really appreciated! And also the creativity of their staffs sa pano mapapasaya ang pagod na costumer through cleanliness with creativity sa mga towels hehe natuwa po talaga kami parang ayaw na po namin gamitin. So cute!! Hehe Bless this hotel LORD. 🙌🏻

I travelled alone and was greeted by the security guard Fernando! He made sure I was looked after the first step I walked into the establishment, he took my bags he made sure I was hydrated he made sure I wasn’t hungry he took my bags to my room he is the best, then I was greeted by front of house Mumma Lisa! and the team, front of house you will have no problems as they are there and have your best interests at heart and never feel like you cannot ask for anything because they want! to help and make sure you have a comfortable stay! I call Fernando my papa now because that’s the level of care you feel when staying at stone house, the whole team are genuinely good people! I will always stay here when coming to Manila, travelling by myself these people looked after me, honestly book here the price is great and the food is amazing also I love the carbonara! so creamy and comes with garlic toast!

I didn’t like having to leave!

I really love the hotel. Ethel and Grace on the front desk did a fantastic job, they were so accommodating and they made sure we got ever we need. we even called in the middle of the night to ask for a comforter and they swiftly delivered it to our room. Their restaurant was superb, it was open 24 hours and the food was great 5 stars for the resto as well. Aileen the room attendant was so amazing, she helped us with the electronics in our room on how to use it and she also delivered what we needed even if we were on the 5th floor. all in all kudos to the team!
