Good working shower with soap and enough towels for two people. Nice little kitchen with utensils, knifes , forks , cups , plates and microwave. Some HBO film channels. Balcony. Decent pool and sauna. Great location close to Greenbelt. Pretty good WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Working telephone. Good size fridge. Complimentary water. Comfy bed. three elevators. good and responsiive maitenance team.

No toilet brush. No toaster. High service charge when asked to order a taxi/grab. No bedside light. Poor lighting in the kitchen area. Very tatty, old and unwelcoming lobby area. No Netflix.

I booked KL serviced residences for my parents. All staff were very kind and friendly to my parents and provided professional service even though my parents couldn’t speak in English. Also, my father is a smoker so it’s very important for him if he can smoke in the accommodation. In KL serviced residences, he was able to smoke in the balcony with his duly signed waiver at the front desk so he was happy for it. So my parents said that they were very comfortable to stay there and were able to enjoy Manila travel this time. They would choose KL serviced residences again for next Manila travel! The room was dark a little. It would be nicer if there were more lights in the room.

Very central location, near Greenbelt mall, in one of the quietest area in Manila. The residence's staff is kind, was fast checkin and checkout. There is a nice restaurant right near (Noon's).

- had an issue at arrival with hot water, they fixed it after two calls; -in the night it was abit noisy in the room because of AC fan in the neighbouring apt- in Ph they mostly have the noisy AC fan, not the silenced European AC types.

The staff was amazing, they helped me a lot for printing documents or storing my luggage for a whole day after I left. The pool even if not very deep (only 4 ft. WHY?) is nice so is the sauna (even if you have to wait for a long time for it to heat up) and the gym. The bed is ok and the room very clean.

Well this is a very good hotel but very expensive. It was obviously a very nice hotel a few years ago but now when you pay such a price you expect a little something in your room, something in the fridge or more towels for example. We had two (small) bottles of water waiting for us in our room which was nice but not enough to drink until not thirsty. The two TVs we had where very old with no Netflix and the definition of the screen wasn't so high, I would have gave up one tv for a good one (why two tvs anyway).

The location is perfect! It's very near my work and also located at the heart of CBD.

I didn't like not having a view. Mine was walls and windows of other units. However, this is not really a deal breaker as I spent most of the hours in the office anyway.

The Location is very good, the rooms are spacious and the staff are super nice. Great view of the parks and there are lots to do in the area.

The parking. When we got there we were told it was first come first serve and they were full, but we can pay extra for a space- it was confusing. Anyway after waiting for a bit they were able to arrange a parking space for free.

This was my first time in the Philippines and I am glad it turned out to be a good experience. The location of the hotel is great and the hotel staff was super helpful. Especially the cleaning lady Grace did an awesome job by being very accommodating, super professional and adjusting to my ever changing plans. I felt very welcome here.

I loved how it was in front of a park, 5min walk to Greenbelt, the pool, the ease of checkin and checkout, the staff (security guards to front desk to housekeeping) all were so courteous! The room itself is spacious, beds were comfy and the weighted blankets were divine!

They currently have no restaurant in the hotel, but totally understandable since it’s under renovation. The hotel is near a lot of malls and dining establishments, plus you can book a food through grab or food panda.

Super friendly staff, excellent location. They kindly reserved a parking place for me in the rain.

Air conditioning units need to be serviced. The one in the living room area was blowing hot air, the one in the bedroom was not consistent, leading to rather an uncomfortable night.

The cleanliness and the big space in Loft Bedroom and the balcony view. Staff and Managers are super approachable and friendly. 5 minute walk to Greenbelt 1. Breakfast is packed and delivered to your room.

The 2nd A/C is not working properly. It was too hot the whole evening.
