Parking is plenty and you wouldn't worry that there is no slot even if you come home late at night. The room is spacious and has two queen beds plus the chair near the window. I also like that it has a bath tub and a mini ref. The staff are also all smiling and always greeting us whenever they see us.

Swimming pool - it is cold so you will not enjoy it whether it is a morning or an evening swim. My child has been looking forward to it but cannot last for 10 minutes because of the cold water and wind. They should at least make it warm so the guests will be able to enjoy it. Breakfast buffet - choices are very limited and only 2 viands change per day, the others are the same.

Location - Good location. 5 minutes away from Nuvali. Very peaceful and serene. You could also use foodpanda and grab if you want to order food. Staff - Staff were very friendly and cheerful! They always smile at you and always greet you. Very courteous from the security guard, the front desk personnel, bell boy, and the staff in the restaurant all of them are very commendable! Cleanliness - The property and the room are very clean. You could also request for your room to be cleaned and your belongings will be safe. Facilities - Parking is accessible. They have swimming pool. In the room they have hair dryer, toiletries and towels, and cable tv. Breakfast buffet is also available. It’s good although you only have limited options. Overall my family and I had a great time here and we’ll surely come back!

Location is good and quite accessible to nuvali. Near malls.

The breakfast is good but limited choices. The staff always inform us that my booking is good for 2 persons only but i really booked for 4 persons. They also informed us that i have top pay for the excess person. But at the end, i didn’t pay any because the booking stated that its good for 4 pax. They should have a coordination with agoda and booking.

The staff are super accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay. Everything went smoothly the moment we checked in and in the whole duration of our stay. Every bit of my request (shuttle service, late check out, phone ringer, table for setting up dinner with visitors, etc) were attended to without any fuss. I would highly recommend this property.

Management

The transport van air-condition was not working all through out the journey from the airport to the hotel and ask a favor from the reception if we can be drop to my sister house which was only 10minutes away from the hotel as a compensation for the airconvenience of not having an air con on the van knowing the weather in manila too hot, they ask as to pay addional 600 pesos instead. A bit annoyed about it.

During this time, breakfast was plated and cold. Only sliced bread with jams and butter, cereal were available for buffet option. The location was a bit far but once there there was a convenient Marketplace supermarket, as well as a CBTL, massage esstablishment, and gym across the street. A big park, perfect for a good jog is right behind the hotel. The location is in a quiet, green environment - very pretty! The swimming pool was nice - wish I could've enjoyed it! Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hat's off to the very helpful security guard!

Breakfast - but this could be because of the pandemic's skeleton crew situation. Plated. Cold. Enough for sustenance.

The staff were so accomodating and the beds were comfy. They also didn't skimp on providing whatever we needed.

The checkout time kept changing. Here in booking.com it was 2pm then it changed to 1pm when we booked it. Then when we get there I was shocked that it became 12pm. Also, the wifi connection wasn't good at all. Tried mobile data but the signal wasn't good as well.

Great Room, Excellent location, Good parking, Food was good, Pool clean and with towels, overall... excellent and we plan to go back again. We love the area and the neighborhood. Nearby parks were exceptional. Thank you!

Maybe a bigger breakfast place to accommodate everyone. Good food though.

The location was good, close to a coffee shop and grocery store. Also close to other family members staying at a private residence in the area. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the TV didn't work for our entire stay.

Great Staff. Good size Pool. Breakfast. Free Shuttle. Free Water. Quiet Area.

Sheets and Pillows were not soft. Bathroom tile grout needs updating.
