Great varities of breakfast and comfy bed

They could do better on shower gels and shampoo. Also, there was a preparation for music festival and the testing of the sound system the night before disturbed our sleep. I was hoping they would end at 11pm or 12mn but did not. They even started again at 5am. I hope the managment should check this type of events around the hotel to ensure it will not cause disturbance to the hotel's guests.

Very courteous and friendly staff, excellent beds, dedicated lap lane in the pool, delicious pastries and pizza, comfortable lobby with reasonably priced food and drinks.

Location at the far end necessitated having to take cabs or asking for a lift. I thought the hotel shuttle service to the shopping centres would make up for the distance but was told it wasn't available.//Coffee was uneven: once excellent at the ground floor coffee shop, then good, but terrible at the Level 8 lobby. // Good sound insulation, which allowed many good conversations. //The hotel was quite dark and felt heavy, interiors not to my taste. GF Lobby looks more like a service entrance.

This was our last day before flying back. We chose this hotel because of a great discount and we were not dissapointed at all! We arrived late at night, but they gave us a free late check-out to compensate. The breakfast was amazing, it had really everything you want! We first did not want to leave our beds because they were too comfortable. We were the only two people at the pool for a whole day and it was amazing to rest their and lay in the sun. The staff really tried their best to give us an amazing time and they were always friendly! The location is maybe not ideal but it is right next to a big shopping mall (we were too tired of our vacation to visit it).

I like the bed and the view. I mean it's not that you will expect too much but price wise I would still love to stay there on my working days because I only require to go to the office twice a month. Not bad at all ❤️ Shout Out to the Housekeeping team and the Pool you guy there! You guys are the best !!

I think the people/staff. Idk, I just don't feel the warmth. I think they're like doing their job and go home. No offense.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 5-star hotel with my family, and I have to say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The hotel was modern looking and cozy, which created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, with all of the amenities we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, and we felt very much at home during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which was absolutely superb. There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a perfect way to start our day before heading out to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. All of the members of staff that we interacted with were very family friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure that our kids felt welcome and comfortable. Overall, our experience at this 5-star hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly place to stay. The level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional, and we cannot wait to visit again in the future.

Shiena from front desk was a sweetheart. Great smile and superb customer service. The evening guy who worked on the 3. fl parking area when I arrived, whom I also remember from previous stays in this hotel, is one to mention - don't remember his name though. He was always smiling, made me/us laugh and made every leaving and coming a happy one. - Rooms are clean and spacious, and most of the rooms offer good views - Location - conveniently close to restaurants and stores - Food - the hotel offers a good variety of food.

It was my first time to stay in this city. The hotel is not too far from NAIA and with the easy access to the metro Manila. The room is spacious but a bit old. The breakfast is definitely something you can not miss.

The Wifi is not so stable. We reserved a shuttle service to NAIA while we checked in. However, on the last night we went for a confirmation but the same front desk clerk who helped us check in did not actually book the shuttle for us. If we did not make a confirmation earlier, we would not be able to make to the airport. This should be reviewed internally.

The breakfast was great. Expensive for people who eat a little only at breakfast though. There’s should be a choice to order what he or she needs to eat or he/she can eat. Firehouse pizza was very expensive though. Location-wise, it’s central to all amenities it is safe to walk around.

That I lost my Levi’s jeans that I hung ready to wear for my travel. We discovered when we arrived late at night that our door was unlocked. And in the morning, we couldn’t lock it either. Found out that the door lock was needing new battery.

👍🥰After the 5times...it feels like home and it was always great to here at the Crimson Hotel with his great friendly staff: Miss Lyle which we meet and served us the first time checked us in very fast we just had to sign the check-in form at the Reception. EJ and Ian gave us a higher corner room no. 2025 with great views. All staff was always very friendly with a happy smile and with full of life. Even Ines and Peter the room cleaners. We loved the great breakfast buffet and lovely service from Miss Kyra in the Breakfast Room as well their friendly colleagues at Bar near the Reception. Thanks to the Security Guard at the big pool for his swimming advice and the pool service. Very fair prices and great service staff thats why we will come again👍🥰 René & Liz at IG: renepeter57

very helpful Assistant Front office Manager named EJ (Edgar John Lopez). He made sure to deliver! Also housekeeping responds quickly. I like the 2000 per day voucher i can use at their restaurants.

Booking.Com’s post is wrong. it says the room i got has a bath tub and that was what i wanted. Upon arriving at the hotel, they say the room i got has no bathtub and i felt shortchanged. i dunno who’s fault is this. I showed them the screen shot of booking.com’s that is has a bath tub. So who’s fault is this? i didnt like the chef cooking the omelette on the second day of my stay. it was swimming in oil!!
