The staff were very kind and accommodating and the location is excellent - it was close to all the places we needed to go to. I was able to work from home overnight with no issues, and the staff even offered to let me use their faster wifi. Everything was neat and tidy, and there was a lot of cabinet space for our belongings. The shower had hot water and worked really well with great water pressure. The food from their cafe is also great, with big servings at a reasonable price.

Everything was working pretty well; aircon, shower. They have fridge which was a need during my stay. A desk to when you need to work and eat. They can provide iron upon request. Team was quick to provide requests. Sheets were clean. Basically everything is still new. They have a cafe and a convenience store near the front desk.

No free water upon arrival.

All around, the hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful and quick to respond when we requested for assistance. The store is filled with all the ordinary stuffs that one needs when at home. I could say it's home away from home and even better.

The short but unpaved driveway into the hotel but I believe it's a city.easement and not their responsibility.

My stay was amazing, everytime I come to visit my family in Cabanatuan I always pick this hotel to stay at. checking-in was very easy and the staff were very accommodating to all my needs especially Jerome! The showers were very hot and the room was very clean. The food was great and filled me up.

Water pressure could be a little stronger

Had a very pleasant stay at Rosey Hotel! Honestly couldnt be more happy, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilies were clean anx ust what you need with free netflix, and even in-hotel convenience store! Will definitely be coming back here!!

Not much I didn't like to be honest, great budget hotel with friendly staff.

hotel staff and service are very friendly and respond to our request in a timely manner. The Owner Cris listens to our request and helped us make our stay very comfortable during our stay. Great Guy! Thank you.

nice place just need more shelving to put your toiletries items instead of living out your shaving kit. especially in the shower, we had to put our soap and shampoo on the floor while showering.

The fact that they have groceries downstairs so it's a big help also.

Their staff were very nice. There's always someone at the reception and they are always smiling. Their breakfast is delicious.

Its quiet and clean and easy access to what I need in the city, the manager really took time to check about the neighboring constructions noises during my 3rd stay and even gave discount for my food. Thank you! I will always stay whenever I am in the city.

The hotel manager plus his wife are very friendly and will do their best to take care of their hotel customers. The staff & the building both bring a great pleasant welcome when arriving at the hotel when you first check in. Overall the owners of the hotel will take care of you and will make sure everything is working fine around the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

People here are very kind and friendly. Good location with nice price. I can't find any other place like that in the area! Will definitely stay again.
