In general, the room was good. However, the bathroom is too small. The shower curtain was too small (subsequently replaced), making the floor wet when we take a shower. One of the days, the housekeeping personnel forgot to refill the bodywash., otherwise the housekeeping staff were responsive and helpful. The breakfast was good., the Hotel may consider more Indian dishes. There were some indian break fast dishes, however, they were not prepared for indian taste, they were tasteless. Similarly the room service menu did not have much indian stuff.

The resort is in a beautiful location and the staff were welcoming and accomodating. The onsite gym was AMAZING. This was a pleasant surprise, as I hadn't read anything in the reviews ubout the gym. The buffet breakfast was the best we had during our 3 week visit to Oman and UAE. Definitely worth the price, with so many options and fantastic staff.

The resort is getting to be a bit dated, but is clean and comfortable.

We ordered room service 1 night during our stay. 2 Angus burgers with cheese and kids chicken nuggets. The food was good, no complaints. I do have one complaint though....the cheese for the burger cost extra...1.5 OMR extra....which is almost 4 USD....just for a slice of cheddar cheese. I have been in the food/restaurant industry for a long time, I understand that it can be expensive at times, but.....4USD for a slice of cheese. Come on!

The flys in the Ocean Blue during breakfast. And the difficulty to control the water temperature and have a good shower . The water keep changing and goes cold and hot at all pressure level and overall the pressure is low . This was the case in room 310 . It would be nice to have a staircase that goes directly from the parking to the lobby entrance rather than having to go around .

the hotel is directly located at the beach with easy access to the beachfront and for swimming in the sea. The restaurant is on the beachfront with nice view over the sea with inside and outside sitting. Starting the day with a fantastic breakfast and overlooking the sea and waves feels great.

the hotel has many (enough) sunchairs and umbrellas at the beachfront. But guests doesn't count on "rules" and start blocking their areas before breakfast and coming later on noontime. Here the hotel has to find ways to manage it proper otherwise non package travellers will search for different hotels near by.

excellent hotel, very kind staff, very nice ladies at the reception. I was with some friends. We had a shuttle from and to the airport and received a room upgrade for all, sea view rooms. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are well equipped, everything is very clean, the breakfast is varied. The large, clean pools, the sunbeds are placed on the lawn with natural shade, the beach with fine sand and not crowded, is a very quiet place. It was a wonderful stay and I thank everyone who worked to make us feel good.

Great communication and helpful staff. Everyone did everything they could to make sure the hotel met our expectations. The location is great, great pools and superb beach Breakfast was outstanding everyday, cleanliness to absolute top standards.

Overpriced dinner pushed us away from trying it (17 OMR per person! Honestly? Are you serving it on a golden plates?). Air-conditioning... changing temperature isn't really doing anything. It is only blowing freezing cold or nothing at all. Some parts of a hotel require refurbishment, but since we are in Asia I'd still say Is a top quality place to satay :)

The staff were rude, especially the staff in the pool he don't know how to talk to the customers. If the bar is closed, there should be a board with closed sign; instead he was decided to shout in a rude manner and it was only 5.30. May be he was rushing for new year party 🥳 That's the reason for one point less..

The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. the beach adjoining the hotel is gorgeous and the hotel has their own sunshades and loungers. Beachtowels are distributed for free. The location of the breakfast hotel is also very nice and directly at the beach. Nizar at reception recommended me an excellent guide called Mohammed, who took me around to see some very nice places.

While my overall stay was really very pleasant, the hotel can feel a little bit old and could be renovated again at some point. it would be nice if this would also be reflected in a little lower price. The breakfast, while good could do with some higher quality bread.
