Due to a mistake in planning from our side we arrived at the hotel very early, already at 06:00 , knowing the check in was not until 15:00. We were allowed to have a breakfast already and enter the room no later than 09:30. Very helpful! Late checkout the next day was no issue. All the staff was very friendly. The location is good but not perfect, but the little esteps everywhere make that you can be in the center in 5 minutes anyway. Room and beds very comfortable. Breakfast great. I loved my stay here

Nice atmosphere in the hotel lobby and breakfast is served there. Hotel rooms ok, no complaints at all. Breakfast was ok and even I went there during peak hours it was easy to find space to eat. Good walking distance to city center.
Parking in the next door garage was more expensive than expected. And location is not right in the city center. A discounted rate for hotel customers perhaps?

The room was lovely. Extremely Comfortable bed. Nice size TV with both Norwegian and Swedish channels. The book about the hotel's role in supporting the environment was nice. Although one of of pages was ripped.
There was a little resistance when I needed the bedsheets changed. This should just have been done without asking too many question. I wasn't well the night before. They did change them.

- the room was way too hot (24.5° on arrival). - windows hardly open more than 5 cm, so it became almost impossible to lower the temperature to comfortable sleeping temperature.
