I liked the location on the waterfront. Close to eateries. Being close to a playground was a highlight. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were spotless clean. Absolutely lived it, warm and cozy.

Not enough underground parking. But parked right outside the hotel front door. Perfect. Cant say there was anything wrong at all. Good job. Impressed. The decor chairs were different and colourful for the children.

We stayed 3 nights and for our 3rd stay this year. On arrival our room was very clean, but the 2nd day when we got back to our room the cleaners had done a bit of a rush job. Sheet was just pulled up and it was still lumpy and rubbish hadn't been emptied, third day it was spotless as if we had just arrived. One side of bed had a pocket dip in it which was uncomfortable for my husband sleeping. The location is perfect for us, that is why we return, but next time I may consider somewhere else for value for money.

It was an amazing experience here. The staff was friendly and professional. I even received a text asking me for a check-in time. The location was great; it was next to the Seaview and a playground right across the road. Great stay for kids and family. The room size was perfect for a family of 5 ppl. Nice and tidy good layout for the room. The bed is comfortable. Free security parking underground, easy and convenient. 10 mins drive to town. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and have a second stay.

Reception was friendly and super efficient. The laundry was a bonus and free laundry powder! The apartment was clean and well appointed. Although it is not “ocean facing”, you still had limited ocean views, which is great!

There was a bad smell in the lift on our day of arrival, which lingered there for a while. Other than that, all was great!

There was a air block in the hot water feed to the shower, so had to run shower and handbasin tap for a few minutes to clear this each time, before the hot water came through in the shower. Advised the lady at reception when we left...would have been nice if she had actually thanked us for letting her know, and apologised for the inconvenience

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the location was great as it was very close to 2 great cafes amongst other eateries close by. The setting is really nice with the beach across the road. Secure parking for our car also.

There was no privacy when it came to getting dressed as there were no blinds or lace curtains. So I had to close the curtains (which made the room dark) when we needed to change. The towels were not of good quality, not very big and they were thin so became wet very easily. it was very annoying that the heated towel rail is controlled by the hotel so there was no switch to turn it on. I know they give you clean towels each day but I just wanted to keep using my towel and it would have been nice to use the heated towel rail to dry them a bit. The bathroom is quite tired and shows it’s age and the grouting didn’t look clean in some places.

We requested a disability unit after having an operation. We received an email from the property explaining everything in the room & how access to our room worked, great service & no suprises when we arrived.The unit was spotlless, spacious, beautiful bed & linen, nice wee outside balcony, everything we needed including secure parking. Receptionist was very helpful.

The towels were perhaps alittle thin & there was no sharp knives to cut food but that's probably being abit picky.

Stayed here many times before. The rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows are comfy. A great television with netflix, disney+ etc available. Car is in a secure carpark. Lovely staff. Perfect location - just park up and walk to bars and restaurants or leisurely stroll along boardwalk

Ground floor room is a bit dark

Great bed and pillows. Awesome location with good food options close by. Upper rooms facing sea are lovely.

Stayed during a concert and price tripled. I stay here often so it was disappointing. I understand the premium but not triple! And they weren’t the worse in Napier.

Really spacious rooms, lots of table space. nice bathroom, good balcony amd the ability to get fresh air, lots of natural light with nice views, comfortable bed and pillows

Common areas were very tired. Hallway carpets were old and dirty looking
