central location in Yangon (walking distance from Central Train Station), Very good Breakfast, Professional personnel attitude ....

Swimming pool close at 7pm, which is quite early if you are busy during the day.

We had stayed at Park Royal before and would most certaintly do so again. Everything about the stay was wonderful especially the staff who are exceptionally carring and polite. We could only say that the stay did not exceed expectations because we have been before and knew what to expect.

A factor of the issues within the country over the last few years is that the number of tourists have reduced. So some of the evening buffet meaks that had been available in previous years were not present. However, the other eating options were exceptional.

The staff are excellent and very attentive to your needs, The executive rooms are very spacious and have everything you need including a conference lounge with complimentary food and drinks between 6 pm and 8 pm. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of foods every morning.

I was on the fifth floor and it needed a hood airing in the corridor and I asked for an air freshener for the room , after 24hrs everything was good 👍

The place was great. The location is really good, next to the main points in the city. The staff was very helpful. The amenities in the building are really good, especially the gym. I did not use the restaurants, but they looked very good

The internet would disconnect sometimes, but this was not a major issue

Park Royal's location is a plus being walking distance to Shwedagon, Sule Pagoda, Bogyoke Aung San Market and Junction City. There are a lot of restaurants within reach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to concierge and front office staff, I am sorry I forgot their names.

More food variety at the breakfast buffet please

I stay this Hotel For 5 days. I am really very Happy to Stay. All the Service & Staff was really Good. Brekfast also excellent for me bcz I am Pure vegetrian. There is Have indian Safe who Make the Jain Food very nice. Location is really Good. I am very Happy. Thank You

Spaces Clean Staft Chinese restaurant food

The bed is too soft, cause back pain on my travel partner and numb and little pain on my upper back.. The shower water leaking from the glass door and made floor wet. Don't like carpet as carpet accumulate germ, smell and dust..

It's oldschool five star hotel. But rooms is little tired. Great stuff, good breakfast, clean pool. A lot of good restaurants around. Price is more than resonable.

Needed a little renovations in the rooms.

Band in Club 5 is great! Superb front desk staff especially the slightly elder sister who is experience in handling matters.

Lobby Bar is boring with no background jazz or basso nova music. Close too early.
