LOTTE Hotel Yangon

The lovely clean spacious rooms, the carpets, the mini mart, the pools and the view. A nice choice of restaurants and very helpful service

The restaurants were good but very expensive and generally the price of a room is high. I was disappointed that the business centre could not assist us with posting a letter overseas despite the hotel guide stating that the service is offered

The location for sightseeing and the airport was great. The hotel reception, facilities, outside pool, bar and lake view are stunning. The room was beautiful, bed very confortable. I recommend the lake side view which is uninterrupted and constantly changing. Dont miss a sunrise and sunset. The staff were helpful and friendly we were visiting friends so did not need local knowledge. There is a small shopping centre which is very easy to walk to if you prefer a smaller bakery breakfast selling good coffee.

Great lay out, clean with amazing staff Always super happy and helpful! Electricity continuity is an issue in Yangon - but not at this hotel - never more than a few moments down time. Beautiful lake views and also very close to the airport. Definitely my first choice in Yangon.

Excellent business hotel with good facilities, great service and a decent price. Certainly value for money

The club lounge is closed, but they still offer the club room to be reserved. In other words, you pay for what you will not be able to enjoy. They offer an alternative high tea service in the main lobby lounge, however this doesnt balance the extra price of the club room.

Everything was amazing from the arrival to the departure and the service was the best I have ever experienced. The view of the lake was awesome.

Whilst the hotel is obviously trying to be sustainable and environmentally friendly I didn't like the fact that plastic gloves were being given out at breakfast. I do understand that this is a Covid-19 precaution, however it would be better to make sure everyone uses hand sanitiser and not gloves to reduce plastic usage.

Room and equipment quality was very good and of truly international standard. Comfortable bed, good air-con, nice bathroom. Very good room service. Breakfast was excellent, too. Location very pleasant.

No bar or cafe service available at pool area. Pool area was rather deserted, no staff available. All the rest was great.

Definitely the best hotel of Yangon, amazing breakfast, clean rooms and facilities, friendly and smiling staff, WiFi works perfectly.

The exchange rate is unfavourable since they use the official governmental rate

This is excellent property, very well maintained, clean and location is absolutely stunning.

Service during breakfast, have ordered something couple of times, but didn’t receive the order and had to move out without having proper breakfast. I never expected this thing though.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. I particularly liked that all guests were required to wear masks and disposable gloves when getting food. the view from my room was brilliant - a lake view with the Shwe Dagon pagoda in the background. The room was well equiped and the furniture and carpet were very clean.

In the room I chose, because of its exposure to the sun and the size of the windows - huge - it would have been good if the air-con had been fully adjustable so that I could have set the temperature even lower than the hotel's 20 degrees. The staff were very good though and when I asked, they immediately provided me with a fan.
