Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel & Residences

The hotel is a wonderful example of '60s and '70s modernist architecture. It's well thought out and, if you like that design style, quite a thrill. The location is very close to the Central station and a fairly quick taxi ride down to the port. The hop on hop off bus is directly across the street and convenient. The bar and restaurant are also very nice. And the room was big and comfortable. I'm not sure what else one might expect for such a nice day

I can't think of any negatives. I suppose if you want to be very close to the Medina and historic part of the city this might not be your choice, but it's a fairly quick taxi ride to get there

Rooms are big, Clean and bright. Clean throughout and decorated tastefully. Nice and quiet lounge big enough for lots of people to lounge around. Breakfast is the best thing. Lots of choices and something for everyone. Pool is small but nice and calm area. Everyone at the property is very friendly, the breakfast staff and waiters and exceptional and so are the reception ladies. Most of the staff spoke good English. They were all very helpful in everything. The housekeeping ladies were very sweet and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The shower doors do not close properly so water gets splashed on the fiole outside. The bathrooms don’t have air vents so sometimes you can smell damp and drain smell but quickly goes away after leaving the door open and the room air conditioning on.

I liked the staff. Very friendly, but the reception was a bit inefficient. AC didn’t work properly in our room and I notified the reception several times. Nothing happened. After some days I asked for a new room. We had no help to move our belongings and the room they gave us was even worse. So we ended up changing room again. This time a Mohammed from reception was really helpful. I liked the pool area and the location.

As mention above. It seemed like they didn’t care about my complaints about the AC. When you pay for a 5 star hotel - you expect the ac to work properly. Breakfast was too high prized. And I don’t feel we got the value of a 5 star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. One of the aspects that I loved most about this hotel is its convenient location. Situated close to everything, I rarely found the need to use a car to reach my desired destinations. With everything in close proximity, it made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel's amenities left a lasting impression on me. The breakfast served at the hotel was simply delightful. The wide selection of delicious dishes ensured a fantastic start to each day. Additionally, the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the bustling city, allowing me to relax and unwind. The bar selection was impressive as well, offering a variety of beverages to suit every taste. As for the rooms, they were nothing short of amazing. The comfortable and well-appointed accommodations provided a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail and the level of comfort exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience at the Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel was exceptional. Its unbeatable location, delicious breakfast, refreshing swimming pool, and well-designed rooms made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tanger.

Breakfast buffet was great and had alots of variety to choose from the staff were top class and ever helpfull. A big big thank you to Elham who was wonderfull person and very appoachable and ever smilling and helpfull. Hajar and her entire team at the F&B at breakfast were great and helpfull.The reception and concierge team were helpfulland knowledgeable as well. Yusra reception was helpfull and polite.Over-all the staff were exceptional 👏 👌 🙌. The sauna and steam room worked but took time to get it started and could do with slight improvement. The gym was well equipped but I didn't get to use it. The hotel has great views from the roof top on 13 and 15 floor which was beautifully and the main station is 2 min walk which was a bonus as it had starbucks 😀. Over all a great hotel and the staff are heart of its service it provides. We shall be back soon in summer.

The roof top pool wasn't heated pool and was too cold to swim in it. The jacuzzi wasn't heated as well. Sadly we booked this hotel becous3 of the pool.

The room was good and clean, the staff was very friendly (especially the restaurant staff), and the food was excellent

Two things made my stay uncomfortable; first were the security guards ( not all of them ) reminding us each time we entered that this was a 5 stars hotel and we might be mistaken for another Hilton Hotel, which was annoying over time. The second was the reception member that we checked in at made us pay $50 in advance for any extras which we had never experienced in another Hotel before even in other Hilton hotels, which means they kind of judged people by their appearance which made us uncomfortable and unwelcome.

My family and I loved the journey at Hilton city centre. From the bottom our heart we thank the whole team for the kindness, the smile & the cooperation. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Super clean, & excellent location! The pool is small,but it's almost empty from 7pm, I enjoyed the warm Jacuzzi! Thank you Security staff, reception, Oumaima and Firdaws the cleaning ladies & the drivers. We extended our stay here & will definitely come back again inshallah! Warm regards, LS El Alaoui xo

Excellent location right opposite the train station. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with such a big variety . The views from the breakfast room were breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel staff were so obliging and hospitable. I had left my gold charm bracelet in the room and came back a day later after check out to have it returned to me!! The best hotel stay ever!!

Very good location, wonderful place , very good breakfast, the duty manager Mohamed Ben Yedcler was very attentive and kind , he upgraded our room , we received fruit , water , macaroons, for Welcome! Assistant f &d manager Saad Chhiyar was very attentive and kind to us! Great service

the room on the third floor was smelling mold, but the duty manager Mohamed was fantastic and changed us rooms

Décor was out of this world. Ditto for the pool located on the 13 th floor with a sizeable view

So it appears they have a structural problem in the shower where the water flows freely in the bathroom ! This is very dangerous especially on the first time, as you step out of the shower and walk on massive amount of water! As well the provided hairdryer doesn’t fit it the bathroom electric socket! So I was left to use it twice a day in the bedroom with no place to rest it between sections of your hair. Both were so annoying.
