The breakfast is amazing with many options and they have a huge Pool in the middle of the resort. The room was super comfortable and had a direct vie of the pool.

They never provided additional complimentary water even after calling them for hours. This is something that really pisses me off. We are paying a huge amount already. They can have the courtesy to provide extra complimentary water.

Fabulous hotel, great pools, clean property, most staff were really good. Breakfast spread was huge and delicious. Good selection of cocktails (costing about £15)

As a solo female traveller staying at this property, 1-2 staff members seemed a bit less welcoming. Breakfast was super chaotic and mismanaged, no clean tables ever available if you arrive after 9:30am. The bar music was super-loud. Pool-restaurant food could've been better.

Amazing staffs, from reception to all around, special thanks to Kalthoom for being a great host, as well to all staffs were very helpful and smiling all the time, immediate help were available, amazing breakfast and fresh and you will want it all day breakfast, but menu also was amazing, specially i will advice you to try the tajine from the menu, location was great based in the interest and purpose of you are visit (near to clubs, souq “Bazzar” and mall is attached), clean, as far as i can say i was very pleased, and when i will visit Marrakech, i am definitely staying again at savoy le grand, i definitely recommend it to all to stay here

We Had amazing 7 nights in Savoy Hotel! The Hotel is perfectly located so that it Just Takes 10min to get everywhere: the Medina, Souks, Restaurants. The staff ist very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very various and got a selection for everyone. All in all it was perfect to relax Here.

Eventhough the Service and people we're very friendly and helpful, some Things still take time and Work differently than for example in Europe. Sometimes Things Take a little longer but surprisingly everyone speaks Englisch very Well and communication and solutions for situations were Always given!

Gym was very well equipped and has everything you need. Some kettle bells would have been nice but I made use of what they had. The spa was amazing. The Haman was so good and the inside swimming pool area is huge! The room we were given was nice a little on the tired side and we were given room 1543 which was at the end of the hotel. The hotel didn't seem busy and we did ask for an upgrade or a better room but they told us they were fully booked, even though we could see that the hotel wasn't fully booked. The time of year we went was off season and tbh absolutely perfect. It was quiet around the pool and in the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful but would have liked more Vegan options. The pool is just perfect. The pool beds were clean and never short of one. so nice not to have to scrabble for a pool bed. On our last day we went to the other pool by the spa and that was even quieter and so nice to have the option to be at a different pool. Pool food is expensive as expected. Free Towels are given poolside. The whole hotel is spotless. There are two cash points in reception. There is a shopping mall and many food places next door to the hotel including a Carrefour. Its in a fantastic location. Taxi to Marrakesh square is around 100MAD each way however its only a 2k walk so we walked it there and back once we realised this! Can comment on the food as we only ate breakfast there.

The room we were given was a little tired there were definitely newer rooms they could have allocated us.

I like the staff in the Italian restaurant at night. Ghita, loutfi and taha, they are friendly and professional. Thank you.

Apart from the Italian restaurant staff (and some of from the main breakfast restaurant) all other service staff was very bad. Slow and not friendly at all. Especially at the pool bar, the supervisor tries his best but the hotel management do not give him enough staff. The hotel management treat the hotel like an all inclusive hotel, but they are losing a lot of money as the guest go outside to eat and drink because the service is so bad inside the hotel.

Top level breakfast, delicious and very assorted from sweet to salty meal. Pool area very relaxing and pleasant with music and bar. Position is good because I liked the area which is in the modern area, anyway you have to walk like 40 minutes to every important place to visit or get a taxi (10/15 minutes depending on traffic - cost was 80 - 100 dirham)

Nothing to say in general. Just a suggestion, being a 5stars hotel, they could do better in small details. For example, our room was a double one, but there were just 1 small cup for coffee instead of 2 (nespresso machine in room); one pair of flip flop instead of 2.. small things that can be easily improved :)
