Everything! 2nd time at this property and whenever I go to Marrakech this is the place to stay for me. Beautiful Property, Fabolous Staff and amenities! Excellent breakfast and a Beautiful restaurant with classy live music

The hotel is stunning with every detail so well thought out , bedrooms are beautiful and so relaxing! Breakfast was the best we have had in Morocco. There is literally nothing missing from the hotel .

Overall, we had an incredible stay at the hotel! Room was spacey and comfy 😍The staff were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, specially Anas and Saad were exceptional ❤️ The restaurant has great food options and the rooftop bar has an amazing atmosphere!! Live band every night for our entertainment too 🎶 Pools are an added cherry on the top especially for kids. The Medina is very accessible with a short taxi ride (be prepared for serious haggling!) The breakfast was exceptional and lots of choices for our one week stay….plus it was included in the room price! We’ve stayed in many hotels but this one is super special and we’d definitely go back again!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful, quiet hotel tucked a few minutes away for the Medina by car. Friendly and accommodating reception and staff. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, tasteful and elegant with wonderful service, delicious tapas. The maitre’d was particularly accommodating and attentive. We enjoyed the delicious offerings at the breakfast buffet, as well as the snacks at the roof top bar in the evening. The room was well appointed and super comfortable from the pillows, sheets…furnishings tastefully done. We only stayed one night since most of the sights in Marrakesh were closed due to the earthquake. Otherwise, this would be a very comfortable base for exploring the area.

The room and balcony were comfortable & lovely. The roof top bar was great. The breakfast tasty & the restaurant good. Taxis were always by the door.

The pool on the roof was freezing. The location isn't very central but it's only €5 into the centre & taxis are everywhere.

This hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, we got complimentary mint tea on arrival as we were a bit early before check in. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge! Our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday, with bottles of water left for us each day too. We got breakfast included which was a huge buffet each morning with an array of fruit, pastries and hot food to choose from. We were very impressed.

everything was perfect, it is about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town/medina though so if you are looking for somewhere closer maybe this isn’t the spot for you, but we didn’t mind the walk.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The breakfast and restaurant area is an amazing architecture and interior design. The sundeck and pool on the sixth floor are fantastic. The waiters/waitresses at the breakfast buffet and for snacks were very friendly. Most of the hotel guests are French, so you can practice your French. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent in the general sense that you are within walking distance of many of the highlights of Marrakesh. You are also close to many interesting restaurants and cafes.

I can only think of two things. At the hotel itself, you are in the lap of luxury. Walk 50 meters in any direction and there is a lot of ugly crappy garbage and stuff on the sidewalks, as well as broken pavements. Not the fault of the hotel, but perhaps of the city administration. Second: a humorous anecdote. The reception staff did not want to change my US$100 notes because they had a 2006 series number. These series numbers, of course, mean absolutely nothing... but they humorously thought it made the note obsolete.

Great modern hotel with fantastic breakfast and impressive roof top terrace. The rooms are big, the beds are comfy and the view to the Atlas was great. I also loved the neighboorhood, which is the most modern part of town with loads of great restaurants.

Some street noise at night but not too bad. And the first night on the roof terrace we were not served, because all the waiters just stared at a screen with a football game. So we left again. Apart from this one negative experience, the rest of the staff were always very nice.

Everything was great I have only one negative comment the Tv had know English channels not that we were there to watch Tv but most of our trips are long days it would have been nice to watch a film or a bit of news .

The hotel was spotless clean the staff couldn’t do enough for you.Cabs waiting outside.Had massage in spa very good price and it was great .Hotel bar had nice atmosphere with music, they had big screen television so people could watch football. Hotel restaurant breakfast and dinner were excellent if you like fish food the soup was good l would stay at again.

This hotel is located in the Gueliz part of Marrakesh, close to lovely eateries, Jardin Majorelle, the Medina & other attractions. Only 15 mins from airport. Our fave parts of this hotel are the restaurant and lounge bar and the rooftop bar. Live music for a sophisticated relaxed vibe downstairs or an awesome DJ on the rooftop bar for a more lively night. The decor is striking, especially at night. The bed was also huuuuge & so comfortable, it was hard to get out of. A great nights sleep or cheeky siesta! The lighting in the room was also nice and romantic. The breakfast here is phenomenal. Everything you could wish for and more! The staff are also wonderful, so welcoming & helpful. A young lady on reception who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. A big shout out & thank you to all the staff at the rooftop bar especially! You made our honeymoon extra special with your kindness. We would most definitely stay here again.

We had a bit of an issue with our drainage in the bathroom sink & had to report it several times we also had a faulty shower head as it wouldn't stay in place and we didn't always want to use the rain shower one so that didn't make for a nice shower much but these are only minor things but easy things to rectify for future guests.
