Breakfast was great! Location was super!

Front desk not responsive at all. Failed to give us a wake-up call at all! Manager at front desk just shrugged when I reported that to him and then walked away!!!

The fasting breakfast, the food and the restaurant’s staff were the best in this hotel

The loud music at the swimming pool while no guests there. I ask them to bring it down but no response.

My 4 nights stay at Palm Plaza was very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke English as well which was a plus. The breakfast although limited in options was good enough especially the chef making a nice omelette. The room was of a great standard and I especially liked the fact that I had a big balcony all to myself with a nice view of the pool. The pool was amazing with plenty beds and free towels. I really liked also that there was a free ATM machine in the lobby. Great idea to have that as it helped me a lot. Taxi's are easily available across the road from the hotel. Plus the hotel is in a great location with a shopping mall 2 minutes walk from the hotel and Marrakesh centre itself literally 5 minutes drive. The airport itself was also close by. All in all a great experience.

The only issue that I had was the weak Wi-Fi signal. The connection needs to be strengthened.

Lovely helpful staff. Glorious pool. Delicious food. I loved it! I was alone but the smiling staff were very courteous. It was also convenient to a supermarket and mall and although not convenient to Marrakech old town, I’d say it’s a near enough option. For those who want a hotel resort situation, I think it is excellent.

A couple of noisy nights.. probably nothing to do with the hotel other than there was a really noisy nightclub going on somewhere nearby until 4 in the morning..🤔

Beautiful ,comfortable ,clean ,spacious room Polite staff .The spa facility was good

The tea and coffee were not replenished every morning .we requested a bit late check out but they didn’t offer even an hour extra. even though the hotel want busy at all.They wanted payment for each extra hour .Other hotels usually allow late check out if the room is not booked

Foyer looks impressive. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Large swimming pool although cold in February. However, it looked like a decent sized indoor pool was under construction and would be an excellent addition to their facilities when ready. Gym on site. Walking distance to centre (20-30 minute walk). Supermarket within 5-10 minute walk.

Everything was clean and functioning, however some aspects were a little worn (such as the bedsheets) which you wouldn't usually expect for a 5 star hotel. I would recommend walking into the town for dinner, there are loads of excellent authentic Moroccan dining options if you're willing to make the long walk / take a taxi. The restaurants nearby the hotel are a bit of a tourist trap.

The hotel was beautiful! Loved the breakfast, the omelettes cooked to order fresh in front of you were absolutely beautiful. The pancakes again cooked in front of you were amazing . The staff all of the cleaning. Waiting and management were so lovely,

The price of the drinks! Way to expensive. There was entertainment every night with two fantastic singers, and we would have been every evening, if the drinks had have been a more reasonable price, maybe this is why there were only 4 people in the bar?

Super hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable and good size (beds huge) and great to have a fridge in the room. Pool area is beautiful and breakfast excellent. Great location close enough to Medina (5 mins by taxi) but far enough away to be a peaceful oasis. We’ll definitely be back!

Service at pool bar was consistently awful (friendly but very slow & orders always wrong) - but it was early season. I’d question ’5 star’ (it’s not Mamounia and could do with a bit of updating), but extremely comfortable, friendly - and excellent value for money.

The staff from all other restaurants, the resort, the swimming, the spacious rooms.

The staff and the services from Oasis Pool Garden. Lots of issues all the time with the food, the bills, the waiting times etc And the noise from the main restaurant downstairs, as the room was just above it. We could hear all the doors and windows banging as well as chairs moving on the floor and tables being set.
