ONOMO Airport Casablanca

Great location close to the airport and conveniently located. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. This for SURE was a win! We booked a one night stand when we were traveling back to Casablanca for our last night in Morocco and decided to stay close to the airport so we would get some rest and not have to rush so much after traveling and walking a lot the last 2 weeks. This for sure was a great idea. We were so exhausted and happy to have the shuttle pick us up and in a quick 5 min ride we were there. The hotel is as pictured, very hip and fun and newly renovated with many colorful elements and nice vibes. Sadly, the restaurant was a full MISS. The food was tasteless and we couldn’t even finish our plates. Wish they had more of the Moroccan cuisine rather than trying to cater to everyone’s taste buds and ruining all the flavors. Just do what you know how to do in the most amazing country ever. That’s the only sad part that after wanting something really good for our last night in Morocco it just wasn’t. That’s totally ok because our room was cozy, had all the essentials. Beds were not comfortable at all but everything was pretty clean and decent. Again, just a quick one night stay so can’t say much here. Breakfast is available for a really cheap cost. You can add it upon booking or the morning of. We skipped this part since we knew we’d be sleeping in and kind of rushing to get to the airport. Again, our shuttle was so awesome and got us right on time. Thank you Onoma for a wonderful stay near the airport.

The restaurant and the restroom floor wasn’t cleaned but it’s all good.

Liked the proximity to airport but also disliked that there is literacy nothing around this area for amenities. Not even sidewalks for walking. Room was clean and basic. Did an upgrade but not sure what was upgrade. Queen bed nice shower stall. Restaurant in hotel was okay at supper but not for lunch. hair in my food.

No amenities anywhere close Lunch service was horrible, confusion occurred and one of our meal orders was not processed. Given language differences I can understand but when it was brought to their attention no ownership on their part, but. Still reordered and when I received there was a hair hanging out of burger. I sent back and did not reorder. No staff apologies. That is wrong

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It was the cleanest and best hotel we stayed in in all of Morocco. The airport shuttle was an amazing service, the breakfast and restaurant was great and the shower was brilliant. We were very happy with our stay

The stationary bike in the gym needs fixing! We were originally only provided with one towel. We understand this is to stop waste/excessive washing, however when the two of us checked in, they could have provided us with a second towel. We didnt realise until my partner was in the shower and I needed to go to reception, taking the keycard with me and leaving her in the dark in the shower. Otherwise everything was great.

ONOMO Hotel airport is a fantastic place to stay. The hotel provides a comfortable and pleasant experience. The staff, particularly Ilham, is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Ilham is always ready to assist with any requests and ensures that guests have everything they need. The hotel's location near the airport is convenient for travelers, and the rooms are well-appointed and clean. The overall ambiance of the hotel is inviting and calming, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend ONOMO Hotel airport for a great stay experience.

The property itself was great considering the price. It’s a good hotel when you have a flight early morning.

The shuttle bus driver seemed incompatible. He needs to be flexible especially when it’s late night. We had to pay 20 DH for him to start driving. I think the hotel needs to systematise the pickup times too. Either register who to pick up with customers’ names or increase the frequency of pickups (not every 60 mins, but every 30 mins, for example). It’s insane that we had to wait for 50 mins for the bus to start moving when we got to the airport at 8:10pm.

This hotel is my go-to place when I have a stayover at Casablanca, in between flights or after a night flight. The place is very clean, has all that's needed for a short but comfortable stay, and at a reasonable price. The shuttle from/to the airport runs every hour and is free, breakfast starts at 6 am, sharp as I could test myself this time. I like the tropical shower very much, too!

Hard to find something, to be honest. As a possible piece of advice, maybe having the shuttle run every half an hour would be even better, but that's really to be a pain.

Airport shuttle was on time (both ways), clean and courteous. Reception staff were cheerful, efficient and kind. They offered me coffee from the breakfast room while I waited for the shuttle. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was firm and comfortable. Strong, hot shower with good drainage.

As other reviewers have mentioned, for a hotel of this caliber and price, small details were missed. No coffee/tea facilities in the room which would be appreciated by tired travellers arriving at odd hours of the night. No cupboard, only open racks for clothes and personal items. The pillows were lumpy. But I would still choose to stay here again rather than take a taxi to the city in the middle of the night.

This hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are clean and well decorated, and they left each of us a bottled water on the nightstand which is helpful when tourists are not supposed to drink the water. The restaurant in the hotel had a dinner buffet that we enjoyed, with a wide array of dishes to choose from. The staff was helpful and we loved the free airport shuttle since we had to leave around 4 a.m. Honestly, we wished we could have stay there longer instead of just the night before our flight back home.

The dinner buffet was yummy but expensive - around $56 in American dollars. The location was super close to the airport but you pay for that proximity as well in higher room rates.

Excellent location for short stay prior to a flight and free shuttle to the airport. Modern and clean, wifi was excellent, restaurant limited menu but food was good. Breakfast a little limited. Bathroom overall a bit small but shower area very generously proportioned.

No granola at breakfast. Restaurant hours a bit limited, 7pm opening for dinner is late for North American travellers. But it really only serves people staying at the hotel so it is hard to see a much more expansive opening time or menu. I would not hesitate to stay again given these very minor issues.

the free bus shuttle was unreliable with one particular driver picking us up from the airport. He came and barley stopped and set off. to make matters worse we were standing in front of the bay area visible to him. I saw the other competitors like ( Hotel relax & Atlas) had their shuttle always parked up to 15 minutes in front of the Airport. also the AC was not working in winter, that is somewhat understandable, but coming from the UK , I was boiling. i was told to keep the door/window to the balcony open if I want to cold air. but no thanks. all the fumes and noises made that someone impossible to be able to sleep like that.
