Very cozy rooms .. nice facility .. clean rooms

Rooms need some management( ex : some windows don't shut fully , hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough etc) Breakfast is very limited ( no fruits or vegetables ) .. overall, it's a good experience, though..

The hotel fulfils my request for a room on a higher floor that it has an unobstructed view towards the sea, although the seaside of Casablanca is quite ordinary. It's clean, sufficient warm shower, you can find the essential stuff in the bathroom. Good security that you need to tap the room card before pressing the lift button. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes walking distance or you can take two tram stops from Casa Voyage Train Station with trains to the airport and intercity high-speed train. A chained supermarket is nearby. It's not on a busy street, and without noise at night. Simple breakfast is enough for me to start a new day. Cafés and restaurants are in five minutes walking distance.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The location is near the train station which is a 5min walk which made it easy for me to leave for Marrakech the next morning. The staff was helpful. Ikrame especially as she allowed me to check in earlier at 12 instead of 2 when the room was available. That enabled me to explore the city faster after freshening up.

Hot water could have been better. It was a lot better at night than during the day.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Private, free and secure parking. Excellent buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. There are soap for hands and shower.

When we got to the room, we realized that the sink drain was blocked. As soon as I pointed it out, they immediately proceeded to repair it. There is no hairdryer.

Very clean, quite area (not dangerous as some would say about the location), parking very secure under the building. Bed very confortable, good value for money.

The staff, I would rather have robot or self checkin than these guys, except one guy that worked there during the night who tried to help me find a bottle of water (as there is basically nothing open around). The receptionist in the morning and afternoon are basically rubbish, the guy for the prking during the night is the same.

Everything except wifi connection

The wifi is not reliable, it keeps cutting off, and when it's connected I can't make a straight Whatsapp call, let aside being able to work. I was in 7th floor, room 7017 if I remember well, and i had stayed before in this hotel and it's always the same issue even if I am in a lower floor. I hope they fix the wifi problem and put a good Internet connection.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were incredibly nice.

While the staff helped me "make things work" they don't offer official luggage storage as stated on Booking.com. Not a problem, but I would have changed my plans had it not been advertised that way to accommodate for the check in time.

Bathroom and lift lobbies can do with more cleaning especially lower floors

I like the hotel itself, it's newly built, so everything was of a good and modern standard. They even provided a cot for the baby. the hotel location is also convenient, easy to find a taxi and other shops or if you plan to use Casa Voya station.

The breakfast can be better and have more items, such as Marwi, Msemmen, and fresh orange juice as used in traditional Moroccan breakfast.

The location is nice, the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the price is competitive..

Rooms need some maintaining such as changing lamps, fixing the shower cabinet to avoid draining water to bathroom floor, fixing windows to get close will..
