Hotel Zazil-Naj

This was a great budget option. It wasn’t luxury but was clean, comfortable, and functional. Staff was great and very helpful. I had a problem with the drain in the shower, and they fixed it immediately when I told them (everything else worked well in the room). The room was very big and included a fridge with a freezer, which was very helpful! For the lower price I paid I was very happy with the place!

Nothing serious. The door on my room was a big thin and it was the first on the hallway, so I could hear people passing quite easily and literally everybody in the place would walk by given the room’s location. The other rooms have thicker doors and may be quieter, though.

Really friendly and helpful stuff. Also the party on a property next to the hostel was from 3am to 8 am and was super loud

I stayed there only for two nights; good for a price, good localisation, nice staff. A fridge in the room. The staff let us leave our luggage in the hotel for few hours after check-out. Most of all I liked the ambience - I felt at ease there :)

In hotels, where there is no daily cleaning, I would appreciate to have a mop in the bathroom.

Pool was a little dirty and the seating area around it is not very welcoming. A few added details could make a huge difference to making it more welcoming.

we really loved the place! well located, has good water pressure and hot water, comfortable beds, working AC, does not stink, has fridge, really nice and helpful personel. one of our best stays in Mexico.

The location was a 5 minute walk to the central square. The staff were very helpful

The reception closed at night so we would have to knock and wait for the night staff to come and open the door Not the cleanest. We had ants in the room so be careful if you have any food

Really good location, will be even better when the cenote opens up again. The staff were amazing and really helpful when my daughter was taken very ill,I couldn't have asked for more.

Better wi-fi in room 9 (room 4 was excellent) and better shower in room 4

Quick and friendly check-in. A/C was on point. Decent sized room. Little refrigerator was very handy. Great area with lots of food selections.

Excellent location near the town centre within walking distance. The room was a good size and definitely worth the price.

We had a great stay! The room was nice and clean and the bed were very comfortable!
