Excellent staff and location! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and filling. Love the small size of the property and its location to the plaza downtown. Very walkable to dining, shops, Zaci cenote, and historic sites. Parking for the hotel was across the street. The pool was small but clean. I enjoyed the outdoor area off the room, as well as room amenities. The bed was very comfortable. I look forward to returning here and to Valladolid.

If your room is on the first floor and facing the pool area, you may hear a little noise during your stay. With that being said, this should not deter you from booking here. Noise was minimal.

The set up, location and friendliness of staff are simply amazing. The hotel is well thought of. it’s intimate and inviting. The staff is very willing to share tips if you are open to it. And they have great tips! we had the joy of getting tips from the lovely Celeste and Alfa. There is a lovely boutique corner in the entrance with clothes and accessories which is fun and inviting to browse around in. I personally did some great shopping there. The clothes are made by the owner and here mother. Rooms are spacious and nicely set up. The bed was a bit too hard for me. Great menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location of the hotel is simply great; everything at walking distance. And they offer a safe and free parking area for your car.

It was gorgeous with lots of plants and felt like an oasis behind the doors from the road. The pool area was lovely and there’s a cute cat. The staff were great - one woman on front desk in particular (but I didn’t get her name). It was also only a 4 min walk from the bus terminal which was incredibly ideal for us.

There were building works behind our room but as soon as we told them (after night one) they changed us and it was fine after that. The bread at breakfast isn’t great (but I think that’s more the area of Valladolid trying to cater to appease Western tastes than just the hotel as we realised when we got there, there’s a lot of coach trips from e.g. Cancun through to Chichen Itza that make a pot stop there).

A very nice, cute boutique hotel with a beautiful garden and a small pool which feels like an oasis. Location is perfect, not in the hustle and bustle but at 10 min walking distance to the center and very close to the nicest street with a lot of cafes restaurants and boutiques. The area, like all around the town is very safe. Rooms are very elegantly decorated from natural materials. Has a very good performing a/c. Breakfast and other meals at the menu are just delicious. Staff is sooo kind and helpful, always positive and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel.❤🙏.

The arcitecture was very nice around the hotel, the palapas made the outside very cool away from the sun. We had a glass door opening to a small section outside the room which was nice as you could see that while showering. The shower was very nice as it was a waterfall shower. My partner and I had a bottle of champagne and we went outside near the pool to drink one evening we ised the coffee cups from the room and the chef who was prepping for the next day offered us wine glasses even though that wasnt his job and we were the other side of the pool area, nice touch! The breakfast was delicious. There was a hammock in the room which was comfortable. There was also free parking in a estacionamento which was free for hotel users which is locked from 8pm to 8am so gives peace of mind.

There was wooden panels in the room which unfortunately meant all noises throughout the night could be heard, being a light sleeper I was woken up around 6am while they were preparing breakfast as the clattering of plates made me wake up. As there were many plants around they could invest in having natural mosquito repellent as while being outside my partner and I were bitten alive.

The layout of the property is very well done with lots of shaded areas and a very nice welcome palapa where reception is. The restaurant was excellent for such a small hotel - with really amazing breakfast options and a varied and healthy menu for the rest of the day The staff throughout were so warm and supportive

The property behind the rooms is under construction and while they do finish work at a reasonable hour the noise will be distracting during the days for a while. The pillows on the bed were not very comfortable and it would be good if the hotel could offer some other pillow options for side sleepers

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The shower was huge! The location was really good and within striking distance of the major attractions in Valladolid. The staff were really helpful and were happy to organise taxis for us. As cenote zaci is closed (as at January 2023), we’d recommend the short taxi ride to cenote oxman instead!

Our safe was broken and the door to the cabinet housing the fridge fell off when we arrived, but both issues were resolved promptly. Breakfast was ok but our waiter didn’t do a good job at explaining what was and wasn’t included in the price we had paid which was confusing.

This is the place to stay! Awesome hotel - clean rooms, delicious restaurant and attentive staff. Diana booked a private tour to Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and a few cenotes with a local taxi company (@taxipersonalizado on instagram) for us. It was amazing. The kitchen staff prepared breakfast to go, which was awesome (even vegetarian for me). The restaurant also serves the best margaritas we had in Mexico. We had a good nights sleep there. And their cute hotel cat is a bonus :) I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We liked the front desk girls, and the restaurant staff, especially the person doing the cooking! . They were so friendly and helpful. I liked the quaint courtyard , and the comfortable beds and pillows. I liked having robes and nice towels. We enjoyed the food a lot; in fact, we ate every meal there because it was very good and we felt they followed good guidelines for food safety and service. It is located a couple blocks from the ADO bus terminal, and the center of town. We would definitely stay there again and feel comfortable referring our friends to go there.

Not having a good place to just sit around outside.

The rooms were very spacious and had a lovely terrace area. The staff were very helpful and super friendly, especially Diana at the front desk who helped us arrange a trip to Chichen Itza.
