Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo

EVERYTHING! This is our go-to hotel in Hermosillo. It’s quietly elegant, the beds are the best, and the bathrooms are perfect — safe, lots of hot water with out scalding you, safety grab bars, big showers with non-slippery floors, good toiletries and excellent linens. And the staff is always wonderfully gracious.

This is our go-to hotel in Hermosillo. It is super clean, has a great bar and restaurant, and is close to things that are important to us — the historic downtown area, CIMA hospital where we and friends receive medical care. The parking is guarded and safe, the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Since we stay there often, it would be nice if they had my information in their system so they wouldn't need to spend so much time asking for details. It just takes a little longer to check in than seems necessary. But that's a pretty minor complaint!

I stay at this hotel frequently, and I review it every time with an EXCELLENT rating. The staff is professional, welcoming, and gracias. The facilities are, clean, comfortable and elegantly simple — no extra "glitz." Just perfect. The restaurant and bar are wonderful.

I have no compliants. Sorry. Nothing more to say.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, fresh.

It was a double queen room, family of 4, 5 nights, but only 2 towels were provided. Had to request towels each night but only once did they bring extra towels for our 2 children, thank goodness we had our own personal towels.

This is our go-to hotel in Hermosillo. We have stayed there — and reviewed it — multiple times. The staff is always gracious and helpful. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and pleasant. The beds are super! And we love the bar and restaurant.

overall the decoration of the rooms, lobby, hallways was very nice, the ambiance pleasant and very clean. very nice facilities, specially the pool area.

everything was great except for two minor details inside the room where it was not sufficiently clean, everything else was excellent.

I've written multiple outstanding reviews for this hotel. It is our go-to hotel in Hermosillo — near things that are important to us, classy, comfortable, with a great bar (the bartender now recognizes us!) and restaurant. We highly recommend it.

the pool area was a little small and the jacuzzi had a lot of leaves and was broken
