The room was clean and disinfected, the breakfast was really good it had many options of food and the silverware was in individual packaging. There is a vending machine with some supplies you can need like toothpaste and some snacks. The internet connection was really stable and fast perfect for work. The staff was kind and attentive they guided us very well. In the bathroom, there are some notes to to promote conscious use of water, a good addition in my opinion
During the day you can hear some construction noise from the rooms above us like they were on repairs in ended up being a little uncomfortable. The problem with the location is that they aren't many restaurants nearby so you have to go out or ask for delivery, and if it's raining is difficult to find delivery available. The hotel could have a shuttle service from the airport sometimes is hard to find a taxi available if it's raining.

I like the Friday morning front desk lady who handled so well calls and the lobby full of clients waiting for reservations and check outs she never lost the control and answer the calls with the highest customer service expectations, the housekeeping, courtesy taxi and the rest of the staff very friendly, greeting every time , I’m very observant on customer service, make us feel welcome, keep that standard please.
