The property is a private house on the outskirts of Cancun. It is in a unpaved street, but still with sometimes heavy traffic due to roadworks on the main Cancun-Tulum road, of which it is nearby. It has three rooms with a single shared bathroom. Downstairs there's an additional toilet and spacious common space, opening to the back garden with a pool. There are some kitchen facilities which guests may use as well. The internet access is good. Overall, I think it's OK to spend a night before flying from Cancun, but I can't really think of any other reason to stay there.

The area where the house is located is pretty much "in the middle of nowhere", and this nowhere is not the most pleasant place in the Universe. There are some villas and such at varying stages of construction around, and pretty much nothing else. For food, the B&B offers its help to order some Mexican food from a restaurant, which is then delivered in under an hour. The transfer from the airport is US$50, the transfer to the airport is MXN350. The bathroom is shared between three rooms. The nearest shop is OXXO (a cornershop chain in Mexico) on the main Cancun-Tulum road, it's about 1km away.

not far from the airport count 25 min by taxi We really enjoyed our stay and felt super safe as 2 females ! Patricia is like a lovely person and the villa is great . Very calm and clean . Best place to have some rest before a long travel and flight connection I really recommend this place .

Just count the taxi transfer cost (840 pesos ) in the budget + have some cash as it’s cheaper to pay by cash ( which was not our case )

We had a very short stay, it was just what we needed. We arrived late due to a traffic accident on the Highway. We initially passed the house but we were able to call and the host helped the taxi driver get there no problem. We never used the pool or even saw the entire house. But the service was outstanding. I initially booked the wrong dates but the host caught the error and corrected it for me! She was quick to respond to any and all needs! The rooms were comfortable and the decor was lovely. So close to the airport, which was the biggest advantage for us because we had an early flight home.

The only thing that might have been nice is to have more linens in the room. The beds were made with only sheets. It was warm, so that was not a problem but I also know many people appreciate the weight of a blanket. My kids had packed their own blankets, we used those. We did not ask for linens, I’m sure they would have been available but late at night it’s nice to have an extra blanket in the room.

The staff was super supportive. She took our postcard the next day to the post office in the middle of the town, because we didn't make it to go there. We could relax in a really silent area. The beds were absolutely super comfy and the breakfast was made continental(we could tell her what we want to eat). There is a service of transportation from the airport to the Soho B&B.

The staff were so helpful and kind, organised our airport transfer with ease and efficiency, recommended us some great food in the local area and booked us our taxis, and went out of their way to make us breakfast. Great stay if you’re going to or from the airport.

Not necessarily the most central location to cancun however this did not matter to us as we were staying for its proximity to the airport.

There are many good features of this property - location near the airport, ambiance, clean, garden & pool, etc. but the best of all is the kindness of the host. Patricia is warm, welcoming and provides the best customer service one could ever hope for. We will surely be back and will always start Mexico with Patricia!

This quiet little haven is a lovely green space to relax in while in transit. It is close to the airport which was just what we were looking for.

I would have liked to have gone for a walk but the gate is locked. I didn't want to bother anyone to get out and then need to get the person's attention to get back in.

The host was very friendly and cooked us some eggs for breakfast for a few dollars. The place was quaint and nicely done up, plus it was close to the airport.

We didn’t realize at the time of booking that there was a shared bathroom, so this came as something of a shock to us. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, though 😊

It as a great location! We absolute enjoyed staying there. All the facilities were super clean and well designed. The breakfast was perfect. Big compliments to all the people working there!

Beautiful spacious home with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. But what I enjoyed most was the incredible hospitality of the host, the delicious breakfast in the morning, and the amazing backyard and pool. Great location if you want to be close to the airport.
