our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool is really awesome. we were chilling there in the late evenings and it was super cool. it is a nice place to stay and we got probably the best deal in the city in terms of price/quality for our last-minute booking!

we had an issue with the door lock twice during our stay. the door did not respond, so we had to go to the lobby, and the receptionist did something with the key cards.

- Staff at the dining are are excellent, staff at the front are as good as well - The room was cleaned well - the pool area is great and super clean - room are spacious enough for 2 adult and 2 todlers - ample space to stow luggage and clothes etc in the room - there are an outdoor small play area for kids, nothing fancy but decent - there was not much breakfast menu options as we expected for the price we paid but the quality is good and delicious

- the lobby is small its kind of underwhelming considering the rate of the hotel - we book the room for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 3 years old) the rate we paid through booking.com was including breakfast but some how we end up paying extra breakfast for the kids as we were told it is not included in the rate, its the first time ever i had this issue with my booking. - there was no water heater or small fridge in the room, perhaps they have it in the bigger room? but ussually with this price those things should be included in the room but perhaps its part of the safety protocol due to pandemi?

The Ac unit always made noise, so we kept on waking up multiple times. The bed seem hard but manageable since it was just for 3 nights. Sent couple of questions before arrival in regards to covid testing but when we got there, nobody seem to know about the messages which makes me think it was booking.com that answered the questions not hotel directly. Everything wasn't the same as told on the website but it was still manageable since we barely stayed at the hotel.

Garden view and heated pool

Shower has very little pressure. The shower door has a gap and the water came out to the floor inundating it Only 3 towels in the bathroom for 4 people. We asked for more towels at the reception but no one brought it.

Well kept and clean. Landscaping and poolside was very nice. Sleep was peaceful with night creatures (frogs) provided pleasant addition to the soft rain. The staff are outstanding Always available and assisting Dining area was comfortable and food delicious Well prepared drinks and warm staff

Bed was a little firm forme but the everything else was outstanding

Good sized room. Heated pool. Quiet location. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Quick service in the restaurant

Gym facilities could be improved

lower than expected water pressure in showers

It was really nice and staff were super attentive and kind.

The only thing I missed was it's summer vacation season and the hotel was packed with kids.

Heated nice pool. Good buffet breakfast on weekends. Good value for the money compared with other hotels in Cuernavaca that are highly overpriced.
