The staff was very friendly and helpful, very good communication, the beds were comfortable, the green area, pool, and jacuzzi were quite nice, nice breakfast if included, very quiet and chilled surroundings. Pet friendly, but if you dont want your dog to interact with other dogs, don't bring it.
The location is very remote, better bring your supplies beforehand because they don't offer any service within the facilites and there are no nearby stores. Rooms had insects. And they only entirely uncovered to pool for one single day during our stay. Poorly equipped rooms, no smart TV

The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds and beautiful grounds. They are super dog friendly , so if you have a dog. They will love playing with other dogs. Also the hotel location it's incredible , it's off the beaten path. I highly recommend it.
Great place, unfortunately this day in age wifi is very important. We had very poor to none wifi reception in our room. I think that's something they can fix very easy.

- hotel is very hard to access, not well indicated on maps, through dirt road & the hotel didn’t help (providing wrong location…) - no hot water - beds are very soft, hard to rest (although we managed to change room for our second night, mattress was better) - jacuzzi is non existent - room are not conform to the pictures, look rather old and dark - reception service is rarely available

The location is okay.
You have to walk a km to get to the forest. The staff was never around, had to ask for everything multiple times. Theres no food at the place during the day. The rooms were not winter-proof, we were waking up by the cold every night. Asked for additional heaters, the staff just ignored us.
