spa price to expensive, no night entertainment.

The pool is fabulous and the beach access is very nice. Loved the Arrecifes restaurant right on the beach. The El Palmar restaurant in the hotel is exceptional, as well. Service is impeccable in every way.

The pod coffee maker in our room didn't function very well but that wasn't a big deal, I had just had room service send up a pot of coffee when we desired.

Great property with everything you could need for a family vacation. Definitely an older property but outside kept up very well. Pools are great, ocean a little rocky but nice to lay out at. Could use more activities for kids and music all the time not just at certain times. Room service was great and prices are phenomenal.Walking distance to shops and tons of food at Marina. Barra light, Mr. Cream, Starbucks, Steakhouse at hotel are all yummy! Is about a 30 min drive to downtown PV. Would definitely go back!

Bathrooms could use a renovation, along with more outlets in rooms.

excellent location. Right on the beach and very enjoyable. Within five minutes walking distance to the marina as well so you can enjoy other restaurants and shopping. The food at this Westin hotel is amazing. Everything on the menu was good, from the tacos to the grilled salmon. Although the food was a bit pricey. even if you were not staying here, you can buy a day pass that allows you to eat at La Palma restaurant on the resort as well as take advantage of the beach and pool activities.

There were frequent areas of dog poop on the outside grounds leading to the pool and beach area. I understand people need to bring their pets with them sometimes, but people need to pick up after their pets or the staff needs to be more vigilant about cleaning up dog poop. It’s not a good look, especially at an upscale resort like the Westin. Nobody wants to be on vacation headed to the beach and end up stepping in dog poop!

Need more beach chairs and chair pads. Another pool or sun area. Better communication with knowledge of TV channels. The cash machine needs to be maintained. it was out of service / cash for at least 4 days. Need to have some better music. Understanding it is a relaxation spa resort, but there is still a lot of music out there that would be suitable. And finally, the resort was very expensive.

I would definitely stay at the Westin Puerto Vallarta again. it's nice to stay in a hotel where you can tell they know what excellence in service is. It is a spotless hotel, the people are professional, friendly and always willing to help. Despite the fact that the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness of each space and the warmth of the staff make you want to return. I will definitely come back!

Pool area was beautiful and clean and well cared for and no messes were left unattended. Restaurant and pool staff were very friendly and I felt very taken care of.

There was a convention that came in and participants partied pretty late and given that we were on the 5th floor it was loud in our room. It would have been nice if they had been asked to be quiet a bit earlier.

Not Westin, but Gray Line Tours on property - did not accurately explain ruggedness of e-bike mountain tour - acted like it was an easy cruise thru town & countryside - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! In actuality, it was a tough 6 hour ride on cobblestones and on rough, bumpy gravel paths. Tour guides were amazing.

Outstanding service from absolutely every employee. Perfectly clean hotel with gorgeous pools and private beach. Food was amazing too. Covid test on site was a plus.

Rosy from Mini Latte and Manuel at the pool are really the best part of this place. The only ones that go above and beyond. Everyone else are good but just following the rule book. The resort is what you expect for such a price.

They have a dress code for a restaurant at the beach. No flip-flops or sandals allowed. Seriously guys? At the beach? Stupidest thing ever. Discrimination Mexican style.
