Great layout . Not crowded . Good food . Excellent staff . Clean clean clean !

This property would have gotten the highest rating were it not for what happened immediately after check in . I didn’t realize this is a time share property . I really dislike when properties want to take 90 minutes of my vacation time for a sales pitch. What I dislike even more is when they get pushy. No thank you means no thank you . I don’t like repeating myself. Outside of that we had a great stay .

Beautiful resort, comfortable accommodations, nice staff at guest services.

Iris at the breakfast buffet was really loud & overbearing toward us, rudely pointing out a slight deviation from proper protocol but it was our first day there & we didn't understand the rules yet, nor the layout of the property. We largely avoided the breakfast buffet after that ugly exchange even though we had paid extra in advance to include breakfast for two for a full week.

Loved the location near the Marina. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our long weekend, kitchen had a full refrigerator, oven range stove, toaster, blender, and all essentials for cooking. Living room was spacious and had a nice dining table to enjoy our meals. Our adjoining bedroom was also spacious and comfortable and the two bathrooms were great because we were with our boy. The sofa bed was also very comfortable for my son. We enjoyed the pools and the clean beaches, food was good burgers, pizza’s and chicken strips with a side of guacamole and chips. Cocktails were also good.

I didn’t like that breakfast isn’t included, but it wasn’t that bad since our room had a full kitchen and dining area. Other than that everything was very pleasant.

rooms are older and just a little run down. Beds were not very comfortable.

I could not believe to what extant club Regina protected me from Covid. It started with antiseptic rug at the entrance followed by temperature test and a dose of hand sanitizer. 6 ft separation was practiced in all direction including masks and shields. Checkin was prompt and efficient When we came to our 3rd floor room we found EVERYTHING sanitized and wrapped in plastic! Including the dishtowels, the shampoo conditioner and soap, the extra blankets etc etc We loved the view, the Jacuzzi on the outside porch. The coffemaker As part of a complete kitchen. The beach chairs were sanitized every day! We even got out CDC required Covid test in the hotel for $35.

starting to appear dated. which is unfortunate considering the rate for non owners and the maintenance fees for owners.

It’s always clean. The rooms are excellent. The pool is always clean and working. The restaurant has never disappointed. This was my third trip there and they’ve never failed to please me. Short walk to the marina with many shops and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay.

Nothing actually.

The property is beautiful. The grounds are well taken care of and very clean. The staff is very efficient, and friendly. Love the pools, of which there are several as well as use of the adjoining hotel’s pool. This the third time I have been here but it won’t be the last. This trip fell under Covid restrictions but it didn’t spoil our fun, we just stayed on the resort which made for a very relaxing vacation.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The resort is showing a little wear.

Exceptional pool area and restaurants. Within walking distance to the marina and shopping.

beach was closed more days than open on our stay.

Breakfast was delicious. The selections were varied. The quality of all of the foods, especially the fruit, was very satisfying.

We should have stayed longer!
