The rooms are comfortables and the hotel in general is beauty
The terrace of the restaurant had 2 heaters/fire lamps but the staff commented that it was not possible to turn them on at night because they did not work, they were missing a piece, in a hotel of that category it is something that should not happen

A bit far away from the center and all attractions (around 15 mins by car) - but it can be a plus as well since it’s very quiet. It’s quite easy to get a taxi though.

Great view for breakfast! good selection of traditional Mexican desayuno as well as basic pancakes and egg options.
The rooms had glade plug-in room deodorizers that gave my partner a headache. We unplugged ours. The rooms are clean and neat so I'm not sure why they need these room fragrance dispensers.

the hotel is up on a hill outside of town and has a fantastic view of Taxco, that was absolutely the best thing about the hotel.
the only option for eating is the restaurant at the hotel. Also the night we were there they had music in the restaurant and you could hear it everywhere in teh hotel. so it's not very soundproofed. We were in a regular room and it was fine, although not all the windows sealed perfectly so there is the possibility of mosquitos getting in. the other thing is that they make you sign a list when you check in certifying all the things that are in the room. like how many hangers, towels, etc. I think they are afraid of people stealing things. the problem is the list is only in spanish so if you don't know spanish, it's a problem.
