The swimming pool area at the roof top. Very nice and comfortable. Rooms very nice and comfortable
Front desk lady, ripped me off. I already had a reservation and that included my wife and 2 kids.upon arrival, the front desk lady srarted with not having anything available at the moment. Then she chargwd me 182.00 when my reservation said it was going to be145.00 dollars. Im just sick and tired of everywhere i go in Juarez, sttaff workers are always tryi g anything to rip me off. I already had a reservation and the price should be honored!!!

The different options of the breakfast plus the customer service. The location was convenient, it was my first time in Juárez and I felt safe in the zone, the location close to different restaurants is convenient as well.
The elevator was stuck in the level of the parking lot, we could no go up and the doors to reach the stairs were locked. We were 5 to 6 people stuck until one of the elevators worked out.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is also amazing with a great view of the city. The room was also very good.
I didn't like that the pool was not clean often. I had to ask at the reception to please have the pool cleaned.

There is a direct elevator to the rooms, so you don’t have to pass through the lobby every time you’re going to your room. It’s quiet and comfortable. Rooftop 10/10
