I do like the customer service . I’m feel in home away from home .
The lobby is the only complaint. There is a lady I think Cinthia I not remember well but she was training another young girl happy and willing to learn , the training lady was very rude and acting like a racism My daughter and I feel very strange seeing this behavior of the girl . maybe a little attention on who gets picked in the lobby and who gets the position of training new people

I really like to stay at this hotel when I’m in Juarez they have a underground parking lot that stays monitored and keeps your car safe. Location is awesome room was very clean . They have someone sanitizing the rooms after they get cleaned . Witch I think is cool ,
only thing I didn’t like was that every morning staff knocks on the door to check if your there so they can clean I get it why they do that but when you had a long night and your sleeping and someone wakes you up not cool. And if you don’t answer they literally open the door.

I called previous to my stay to ask if they had a smart tv, and they told me they had a chromecast. Arriving in the room, no smart tv or Chromecast was available.
