Everything was nice and clean the staff was very nice and friendly and attentive to all our needs and our rooms were spotless very Clean and the hotel restaurant was great very clean and the food was also great great prices and the restaurant staff were so nice and on top of things very attentive to everyone that was there I have Nothing bad to say Everything and everyone were Great very affordable to stay there there's plenty of parking and safe location close to alot of places to go Shopping, Eat , Pharmacy's, Markets this is the Perfect Hotel for your Stay also its close to the Borderline.

I like everything

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, and stayed for only one night. You'll have plenty of space in your room and it's quiet for a good night's sleep.

Didn't get to use the pool or little gym room. Though the hotel's pictures of the equipment in the gym are not accurate. They should update these pictures. The rooms are dated.

An attractive modern hotel well located on Industrial Boulevard east of the airport and south of the Otay Mesa border crossing. Also, I liked the fine restaurant next door on the property.

Saturday night I realised my first floor room was directly below the second floor singing and dance room. And we both shared the same garden courtyard so I was bombarded by loud music from two directions. Then the happy people rejoicing in the hallway added a third dimension to the sounds that lasted until 3am Sunday morning. No sleep. Lol

Place was clean, pool was nice very centric and lots of restaurants and stores near by

They took a deposit of 412.09 dollars from my account and haven’t been returned yet. They said it was a open Boucher for room service if we didn’t use it it will be return it’s been 2 days off check out and not back in my account yet. Also they rent pool for private parties for people not staying at hotel. Saturday we tried going to pool and it was so crowded do to a birthday party.

I loved how sanitation was extremely important to them. They kept cleaning and sanitizing halls and front desk. I had never seen someone sanitize so much. Rooms were also clean. The staff was amazingly polite especially the front desk. I have had a few bad experiences in other hotels with staff. However this staff was very professional and polite.

When we first walked into the room the toilet flush wasnt working. So I had to wait for then to come fix...although I must say it was fixed within 20 minutes.

Location was great room was gray it’s just the bathroom stink very bad they should fix the plumbing. The bathroom door didn’t lock well but everything else was very well

The bed, pillows and bed sheets were really comfortable. The shower had nice hot water without any problem which I have had in different hotels. The room had a nice size and finally the TV had a cast option to connect my phone wireless which is kind of hard to find in other hotels in Tijuana. The towels were ok too and the air conditioner and heater worked well too. The hotel was nice looking inside and everything was clean.

The room didn't look like the one pictured. Most of the times I rent a room in other hotels the picture matches the actual room. I didn't like getting someone knocking on my door and telling me they needed to do a routine inspection while I was there. I was showering and obviously the person wasn't let in but I don't see why, without any reason, a stuff has to come in my room while I'm staying there. First time that "routine inspection" has happened to me.

I love the location and the hotel is always clean.

The elevator was broken all of our stay and I am disabled and was hard to go up and down to the 3rd floor where my room was located.

Location to many restaurants & shopping.

The large amount of money charged against your credit card to open an account for food in their restaurant and for room service. It would be fair if it was half of the amount that I was charged. On my 2 night stay it was $238. For one person at check in.

Nice place to stay with a swimming pool included. Closed to all restaurants and stores

I did not like that their was a condom in our bed . We laid down for a while and moved the sheets and their was a condom underneath the blankets. And they take to long to register you
