Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mexicali, an IHG Hotel

Good space. Comfy beds. Like the facilities. I really these hotels.

Floors could be cleaned a little better. You can see some dust on the rug edges. A/C made a loud noise everytime it kicked in. I'm a light sleeper so this kept me up a little. I could hear my neighbors as well and I think the hallway's too. These were the only 2 items. Stayed there a week ago and did not have these issues. I was going to call the front desk but I was too tired as I had been all the day on the road, I just put up with it.

Really love the location. The staff was really nice and helpful the morning breakfast is good but could be a little kid friendlier. Overall, the trip was nice. 

To tell the truth maintenance should do more about the little things in the rooms. I’ve been there three times and all three times. There’s something wrong with the bathroom shower leak toilet paper dispenser broken. I can’t remember the other one.

The shower did not drain properly and there was standing water on the shower floor. There wasn't enough slope to the drain. It is a real safety hazard. We had to change rooms.

The room was clean, comfortable and priced appropriately. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn Express rooms in the States all have refrigerators and microwaves. This room had neither. That was disappointing. The breakfast selection was more of a lunch selection than breakfast.

I didn't know this right away but you could've taken the food to your room, they had to go containers. Some places don't do that.

We didn't go to have breakfast right away because we wanted to enjoy the pool. We arrived 30 minutes before 10 am, and a lot of things were already finished, I had to ask if they could refill at least some items ( they did, except for 1 dish) They closed the kitchen exactly at 10 am.

If they called it breakfast it was more like a full course breakfast not your typical donought and cereal all kinds of good things fruit toast pancakes chilaquiles beans you have to stay hear to appreciate the breakfast the best.

There is nothing not to dislike about this place its one of the best hotels I stayed ❤ in.

Breakfast was what is typical for this type of motel. Parking was secure. I wish the hotel had a restaurant so that I could’ve had room service but there are several restaurants very close to the hotel.

No restaurant for room service as I really didn’t want to go out to eat.

I was so pleased with the atmosphere, professionalism of the staff.The breakfast was delicious and abundant. I will go here again and again

Very clean and safe Customer service is excepcional and great customer service I stay here every time O come to Mexicali

I really liked the spaciousness of the room.

I wished the pool was a bit bigger that way more people can enjoy it at the same time.
