very compact layout, everything is close and comfortable great for kids - the pools, the kids club, all the activities…we were 3 families with many kids and enjoyed it a lot New Year’s Eve celebration and food were great! Beautiful huge beach with few people

the beach is not suitable for swimming due to strong currents and waves restaurant reservations system didn’t really work - we were turned away a couple of times for not having a reservation while most tables were empty (I guess others didn’t show up). the general restaurant that didn’t require reservations had a great buffet though!

Location was great. More options for kids

More preventive information about the beach. You can not even walk near the beach, is very dangerous.

It’s a very centric place, close from a supermarket, pharmacy’s just walking distance. cost benefit was perfect and the fresh pizza was super yummy.

i just avoid the timeshare introduction for my whole stay but at fist one guy get upset because I didn’t wanted to listen to HIM, they just work until 7 so a better option will be check in a bit late LOL

Breakfast was a lovely buffet with a wide selection of foods. Ask for a table outside facing the ocean for the best experience. The kids center was excellent! The resort offered crafts and games for no charge. My daughter was really happy! We tipped the ladies well for the wonderful service. Dora has been working at the resort and kids center for many years and was wonderful with the children. I highly recommend this resort for families! Great value!

Nothing! We had a wonderful time!

Breakfast was above average and the dinners were really good. All 4 course high end dining experiences. The location is nice but it is a long walk to downtown or even the closest grocery store. If you don't need to leave the resort the location is perfect. We spent a lot of time by the pools and on the beach. We body surfed in the ocean but the ocean is rather unforgiving at this beach so you have to be very careful.

The lunch options were a little weak. The pizza was good.

The sheer commitment of almost everyone to make our stay the most pleasant as possible. If it was something they could accommodate they will make it possible for us to receive. I'm definitely going back, as the staff really knows how to make you feel so very well taken care of and the amenities are great.

During the Italian dinner at the Marco Polo restaurant, we encountered a rude waiter that since the first contact he made us feel his annoyance with our requests.

the facilities are very nice, clean and well kept. it is very family friendly.

The food on the lunch and dinner buffets is okay. But you can find good items. We enjoyed the French night at Marco Polo, as well as the Mexican night and BBQ night at Panchos. The breakfast buffet is the best of the buffets. At lunch try to stick with the freshly made items like the tacos and grilled options.

Right when we first got there too much pressure to buy into timeshare.

Hard working employees that keep the place clean. Service was also very good. Hugh lobby has bands and open bar and had a great atmosphere

Our 1st trip to this area so I’m glad we rented a car. Most activities are in Cabo’s 30 minutes away. The shuttle’s are not free. The car came in very handy and all you need is a smartphone with GPS Our experience was the wifi was spotty and in & out

We have never been to a hotel with such genuinely kind and helpful staff. The main restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure our daughter didn’t come into contact with allergens; the kids club staff were warm, welcoming and left my husband and I feeling confident that our children are in competent and capable hands; the concierge was very helpful. Also, the kids club facilities with water park are excellent; our kids wanted to spend all day everyday in kids club!

We had 3 rooms as we were a large party. 2 of the 3 rooms’ lock function on the terrace sliding doors didn’t work so anybody could wander into our room. one of the three rooms had a terrible buzzing noise all day and all night - something to do W the ventilation system, I think. The food is hit and miss.
