The LB resort was a pleasant surprise! In fact, I wish I could have stayed longer! I felt very comfortable and safe at the resort! The rooms and grounds are well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bed's are very comfortable. Was a little slice of paradise.

The restaurant food is HORRIBLE. This is the one REAL MISS. They really need to offer better food for their customer base, as that is the only thing that looses MAJOR points. I rate the food 2/10. Barely edible.

Location amazing right on the beach, saw dolphins in the bay whilst paddle boarding. You get 1 our free to use the boards but have to wait until 9am for office to open but at 9.15am I just asked if I could take a paddle as they were still closed. Bed was king-size, shower was amazing. Grounds well kept and a beautiful outlook over the bay. Room service was really inexpensive and had a good selection. I only stayed 1 night so can't say what the pool or bar were like.

Got there a bit after dark and it's very hard to find in the dark without satnav, also the reception isnt immediately visible.

Facilities are nice and clean,right on the beach.room was clean and comfortable Staff for the most part was nice and attentive. Get the tours at the hotel. $1 200 pesos per person to coronado island.

Breakfast ends at 1045am, If you didn't make it,you have to wait an hour and a half for the other restaurant to open. The front desk guy needs to be trained in customer service ,not his fault! he doesn't know better. Says they have bikes,they didn't, excuse was they all got flats and didn't know when they would be fixed.

Great space room for a family long or short stay. Comfortable beds and sheets. Good space in the bathroom. Great view to the oceanside. All personnel very welcoming and helpful.

Bathroom floor and shower looked dirty. Not much noise canceling in front door. We could hear all outside noise from people walking in the hallway. The size of the Tv wasn't really good. Phone outdated and didn't work properly. There weren't any digital menu for room service or other amenities. The pool wasn't clean enough because sand in at the bottom.

Breakfast was great , fresh fruit , many egg options

I and my family liked everything there: the amazing area around, a nice room with all facilities working, and polite personnel. We even didn't travel around because it was just great in the hotel. We've been there in winter, there's a pool with warmed-up water in the neighboring villas. As I understood, hotel visitors can officially use that. The kids had a lot of fun there!

Friendly and helpful staff, great beach access.

Lots of construction happening in mid Feb. Not hotel’s fault because walls seem thick but be wary of inconsiderate neighboring guests who leave their tv on all night, so bring earplugs as needed. Many outdoor cushions (when available) need some repair or replacement. Same for room towels.

All the exterior areas of the hotel and the view. The beach is very nice and the water is calm. You can see fishes, pelicans and all. The staff is very relaxed and friendly. You can borrow kayaks for an hour for free everyday. It's safe to walk around at any time, if you want to go to the few restaurants around. WiFi is good everywhere on the property even on the beach. You can book tours but the best part is to do nothing.

Sink in the bathroom was accumulating water. You won't spend much time in the room anyway.

The place, the location, tranquility, housekeeping staff, front desk.

The place looks a bit run down compared to last time we were there. The bathroom sink was clogged up with gunk and hair, had to get maintenance involved-they fixed it. Snack bar/ mini restaurant by the pool were not very attentive to us once we sat down to relax. Took them over 10 minutes to come and greet us and take our order. Once the order was brought over to our table, they completely forgot about us. I asked for some straws for our drinks, was told by the waiter he only had one. Didn’t go back to get more, instead he went to chat it up with someone else. Had to go to the bar and ask for the check, since nobody was coming around any more.

Had breakfast once, which was good, then other days went to local breakfast businesses for local culture experience.

Ate 2 evenings for dinner at the resort restaurant. Suggest battery operated candles. Our table was so dark couldn't see the food. Candles would be a nice addition. The 2nd time we were closer and had some light but waited awhile before anyone waited on us.
