The staff was very hospitable. The room was large and the view was quite lovely. The breakfast crew managed by Mahadir was professional and courteous at all times. The breakfast was diverse, with a good balance between European and Asian choices. We especially loved the laksa and the sambal. The tv would not work during rainstorms but if you bring an HDMI cable, you can easily stream nearly any streaming service you may have subscribed to. The wi-fi quality was excellent. We could work and get entertained watching streaming channels without any issues. The executive lounge at level 24 is worth trying. The best sunsets might be seen from level 24. We loved our stay here and we'd come back anytime. The pastries on the ground floor are also excellent.

This is not a representation of the hotel staff or policies, but in a hotel, with a "no smoking" policy there is a very relaxed attitude towards the smokers. A few nights we felt smoke in the room and imagined a fire somewhere, but alas no, the guests were smoking in their bathrooms and the smoke would spread through the ventilation system in other rooms, like ours. At the pool bar suggest you get a table close to the bar so the smoke would blow down the wind, so to speak, and if you're having dinner you may get a "healthy" breeze as well. The pool bar has a "no smoking" sign, but being outside it seems to be ignored, and ashtrays are nearly always present on the tables, encouraging the smokers to pollute everybody else's space.

Front desk staff was helpful as always. Shout out to BALQIS and AFIZAH (Sorry if I got your name wrongly). Thank you very much for being so helpful during my 4 days trip. I will see you two again soon.

The hot water was having some issue during our stay, according to the maintenance there was a boiler issue during that time. Sometimes there is no hot water, and when there is the pressure is weak. It is possible the pressure is weak because there is a lot of people staying in the hotel, is it holiday season after all. Besides the hot water issue, me and my family did not encounter any more other problem.

The friendliness and patience of the reception front desk lady is just so good that I didn't even remember the amount of time I had to wait to check in due to lots of customers. I am glad that I chose Pullman as my hotel to stay. Special shout out to BALQIS the front desk reception lady, I apologize if I got the name wrong. Thank you so much for your assistance during my check-in.

There were not enough power sockets in the room to charge electronic devices. I would prefer if the bidet had a press-to-use button so can we use it without getting the floor wet. Pretty much that is the only things that I didn't like.

The service, convenience and easy parking Level 24 food is delicious , my husband live the coffee machine. Thank you to maaruf & valentina.

The bathroom light is too dim, its quite dark at night hopefully tye management will change it to proper lighthing At level 24, the floor butler should roaming around to offer service , its unconvenience for us to always search for the butler when we want something. concierge team need to do more service, no one attended to us. And i think they dont have enough manpower. No one standby at the main entrance, to greet people in. In the bathroom the blind curtain is rusty, need to replace .

The room is massive, tons of space to stretch out. The bathroom is well-stocked, and we are all about that bathtub life. They even threw in a gym mat, so you can get your exercise on in the room. The gym on the 7th floor is all spick and span. The bed feels like sleeping on a cloud. There is a TV in the room, and they've got a few channels to flip through. The water pressure in the shower is on point, makes shower time exciting. Super handy ironing board provided. Elevator is super quick when being called upon. The hotel staff were all helpful when we ask questions.

The pool can get quite crowded on weekends, which can make it tough to enjoy a swim.

Staff are super fast. When I called, they came immediately. The food was fanstastic too. We ordered room service several times and happy with the food, including the breakfast.

I asked for late check-out but did not get any positive feedback. You should consider some special cases like mine. My mom is 69 years old and our flight was late afternoon. We had to sit at the lobby for more than an hour because our driver said there is not much to see if we leave the hotel early. Please consider special cases like this next time. Others are all good.

My wife and I were assigned at the 18th floor, very beautiful view of the sea, river and city. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was as always.. amazing spread and full of choices of western and Malay cuisine. Not my first time staying at Pullman. and it will not be the last. Thank you Pullman staffs for decorating my room for the last leg my honeymoon. Really appreciate it and my wife was surprised there was a mini decoration set up after our late night flight and arrival to Miri from KL.

During my stay, we experienced a power tripped. And I did not know why this time the breakfast set up for the bread and pastries was different. And there were flies on the section ): Not like my previous stays at Pullman. Hopefully you can improve on that one. On a side note, our stay was wonderful and relaxing!

The soundproofing of the rooms was remarkable, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed sleep throughout the night. I appreciated the attention to detail in providing a quiet and private atmosphere. 3. Bathroom: The bathroom in my room was a standout feature. Impeccably clean and equipped with high-quality amenities, it felt like a personal spa retreat. The thoughtful inclusion of plush towels, a rain shower, and premium toiletries added a touch of luxury to the stay. 4. Sea View: My room offered a breathtaking view of the sea, which truly elevated the entire experience. Waking up to the sight of the waves gently crashing against the shore was a serene and invigorating way to start each day.

1. Electricity Cut Off: Unfortunately, my stay was marred by two instances of electricity cut off. While I understand that technical glitches can happen, experiencing this issue twice during my relatively short stay was inconvenient. The power cuts disrupted my plans and created discomfort, especially when they occurred in the morning and night.

Upon arrival, the staff at the counter called us from a far for checking in process which I think a bonus point there because we felt welcome to the Hotel. We got an upgraded room to executive which added another bonus point. Love the clever interior design and the clealiness is spot on and hopefully the Hotel Managers and all staffs maintain this quality. All staffs are very friendly and professional. The buffet spread are delicious…we enjoyed the sambal nasi lemak and sarawak laksa. There is this fresh smell when entering our room which added another bonus point! Keep up the good work! Oh another detail worth to mention here, love the pillow it is so comfort that I wanna know where they got the pillow from.
