The hotel room was spacious, the hotel lobby smelled really good. There was a water dispenser in the back room next to the lift. We refilled our bottles every time we went by, to save plastics and to save on buying water! Beds were comfortable and big (we got two twin beds side by side), with tons of space to hang out in the room without getting in each others' way. Location wise it was great, it was in a quiet area with loads of food options nearby. Hock Kopitiam was a favourite. There's a Starbucks within walking distance. This place is also a 20-minute car ride from the airport approximately, so it was great. We were about 5-7-minute car ride away from the Miri Marina, as well. For superb, affordable, fresh seafood, Wondering Seafood Restaurant is a 15-minute stroll away.

There was no laundry line in the bathroom. We went diving and had wet things, so that was quite inconvenient for us. The bathroom smelled a little at times but overall not too bad. Could have done with some deodorizing products in the bathroom I reckon (maybe whatever you used in the lobby that smells so good?). Also, note that this side of the hotel h as its room windows facing the back of a fitness studio (spin studio) which had super loud music playing around 5-7pm. If you were hoping for a pre-dinner nap, it's definitely not happening.

- excellent staffs service - helpful, considerate, proactive, efficient, easy to negotiate, make things easy for guests - not noisy, not too busy and calm surrounding - has fridge, kettle, comfortable bed, iron & its board - clean and enough bath towels for 4 - the room width is good enough - well-functioned water heater - the sink is outside the bathroom - separation between toilet and bathroom, 2 sites - Grab/Foodpanda riders are allowed to send food directly to room - 7/11 shop is next to the hotel - easy to get Grabcar - near to jogging area, Miri Central Park

- mugs, instant drinks packets and toiletries weren't enough for 4 - mold at the bathroom's wall & floor - dislike the usage of blurred tint at the bathroom and toilet doors, others still can see the shadow of the person inside which made us uncomfortable - not many halal restaurants around - a bit far from the city, need to get Grabcar service instead of just walking - no reading lamp at the reading table - no laundry shop nearby - the pillows weren't comfortable enough for me (some people might like it, just a preference)

Good neighborhood-close to many good restaurants, Miri Central Park, and only 15 mins walk to the city centre. Friendly staff, they kept our luggage because we came in before check in hour-and also helped with the parking ticket. Spotlessly clean rooms, and the family room was very spacious.

My husband (suffering from a back injury) found the beds not good-for me and the kids this was not such an issue. For the rest no complaints-I really recommend this hotel.

Value for money, modern design, comfortable bed, central location, 7/11 just next door

The noise at night is horrible. I’ve seen many reviews complaining about motorcyclists revving up their engines and racing in the middle of the night around the area, and I thought it shouldn’t be that bad. Boy was I wrong. These guys were unstoppable and kept racing throughout the night into the wee hours of the morning without a care of anyone else living in the vicinity. It was hellish.

The rooms despite being small were comfortable and the bedding was quality and comfortable.

The facilities were a little run down and the main corridors smelt damp and were very disorderly with washing and room servicing when we checked in at about 4:00pm. As the hotel doesn’t provide parking, we were caught out by an early morning parking inspector as we didn’t get out before 8am to put a new parking voucher in the window. increased the cost of the room by one parking ticket.

Good value for money. Bed was comfortable, good location, 7/11 just underneath. Hotel smelt great, no damp smell and modern style. Check in and check out was smooth. There's no hiccup and staff were quite friendly too.

Down side, wished the room was soundproof. You can hear the motorbikes especially on the weekend. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Suggest if the hotel could also add some kind of a soundproof equipment to the windows.

Hotel is really cute. When I entered the lobby, it smelled great! Interiors of the lobby was nice! Two female staff at check in were friendly. I asked where I could buy umbrella, they said they would just lend me one. The room size was OK. Shower was great with strong water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room interiors were lovely and I was given a room with really nice view! There is 7 11 beside the hotel. WiFi was fast. I asked for slippers and guy brought it promptly. Thank you, guys!!!

No international or English channels. Waterfront was about 10 to 20 minutes away, depending on how fast you walk

It's a nice clean room with most necessities provided and a very comfortable vibe. Big comfortable bed and a separate couch with TV. Very minimal and nice toilet. Plus it's in an area where a lot of great shops and convenient stores nearby. Great location.

The random column near the bed. The drainage is not fast enough to drain the water. Very slippery floor if not using slippers. Sometimes water leaks from the toilet to the room.

- The bed & pillows are very comfortable. - It's conveniently situated right next to 7Eleven and lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. - The staff tend to your needs instantly.

- There's a sewage smell coming from the bathroom every time after flushing the toilet. - TV channels are boring. - There's mold in the corners of the shower stall.

Good location if you have a car. Lots of eating places nearby, and no heavy traffic to combat. Rooms were spacious and clean.

For the price we paid, we wouldn't complain. If we had to nitpick, the shower gel could be a bit more generous, especially when there's 2 in a room. Would also be great if the hotel had CCTV to monitor the car park, as only street parking is available. Good that the parking coupons are readily available at the reception.
