INNSiDE by Meliá Luxembourg

Location outside the city the center of Luxembourg but a busstop is nearby and with busses free of charge you are in the center in 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, room were clean and the beds were very good. Breakfast was good with enough choices.

The restaurant was not that good as we thought. There was no chef present during the evenings and the meals were prepared and made warm after ordering. Our main plates were cold or barely warm. Also there was barely a choice to choose from. (maybe because we were there between christmas and new year, but for a hotel like this and the price you pay for the food it was a bummer.)

Clean room, with good sound proofing. Free minibar (still/sparkling water, lemon and orange mineral water and a fuse tea) every day refilled. Good selection and quality breakfast, however it’s the same every day. Gym has the basic equipment plus spinning bikes.

The receptionist was not able to activate my room card to be able to get in/out of the garage with the car, so I had to ring them all the time. Also, we wanted to pay for all the beverages we wrote to our room during dinner the day before we checked out, but the guy at the reception could not handle this (He said we paid everything, still next morning we had to pay again as he left out items) We took half-board (dinner: starter, main dish, dessert), at the dinner you had no options to choose, I’m not a sea-food guy, so when there was a day where the starter and the main dish was also fish, I was a bit disappointed. Side dish was all the time vegetables. Good quality, but I prefer some variety.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and going out of their way to help.

The hotel is in a quite distant location, away from any food and fun options, all of which need a car or bus ride. The hotel also gets quite noisy: while there are sound-protective windows and you hear almost no noise from the outside, the internal insulation is terrible and you hear people walking in the room above and next to you all the time. Overall, it is probably good for a few days business trip, if working with companies nearby, but the price/quality ratio is not too good for a longer stay.

For us the location was perfect because we had private business in the south of Luxembourg. The rooms are clean and silent although our romm was close to the old main road into Luxembourg. All the staff was always friendly and very helpful, they even organised a lunch for us although the Restaurant was already closed due to our arrival aftern14:30.

When I tried to charge my BEV for the second time, the wall box didn't work. All the staff was very helpful trying to solve the problem, but it was not possible to fix the wall box. Also the energy coast are high with € 0.928 per kWh. For a hotel of such size the underground parkink is quite small so that a reservation in advance is an absolute must. Also the price for the parking is quite high: 29 €

Steppin' into INNSIDE by Melia Luxembourg was like walking into a dream. The ambiance, as soothing as a prairie sunset, and the staff? They're the real deal. Treated me with the kind of care that'd make a cowboy feel like a king. Marta, she's a gem, always there to rustle up a taxi or make sure I'm enjoyin' my stay also recommended a nice lunch for me “risotto” And Barbara, she's as wonderful as a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Can't forget Paulo, recommended a wine so good it'd make a tumbleweed dance, and a special delicacy that still has me lickin' my lips. Their hospitality is something to write home about. Much obliged to 'em all!

The whole hotel has a great professional high quality atmosphere. The super modern room was amazing! I loved the passive lights, the design with all the little details, the mini bar with the free drinks and especially the bed with extraordinarily comfy blankets, pillows and sheets. The breakfast buffet was really nice as well and my favorite part about it was the friendly waiter who kept me, as a solo traveler, entertained with some joking around from time to time :)

The location is a bit far from the center and there are no stores around. But there is a very good bus connection to Luxembourg city center and the train station.

Before we checked into the INNSIDE we have just spent more than a week in the Netherland and Belgium and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and friendly atmosphere in this new hotel. The staff are super friendly. The room is very clean and furnished in a simple but effective style, we felt very relaxed and comfortable in it. The free minibar is also a very nice touch. The breakfast really exceeded our expectation esp. how well the staff served quite a high number of customers. The location is bit out of the way but with the free bus service we had no trouble at all to get around wherever we wanted to go. This was the last stop of our holiday and undoubtedly the best!!!

The location is very close to the Technopolis in Gasperich and the facilities are new and modern. The room has a modern arrangement with extra-large double bed, a desk to work, plenty of plus/USB ports, along with cloth hangers and tea facilities. The shower is half visible (half sea through) from the room which is nice. The bathroom is modern and nice, composed from 3 spaces, a small toilet room, a washing basin and the shower cabin surrounded with glass. The towels were also super long and new. Also, plenty of lights in the room, including some mini spots for reading in bed. The rate was also excellent (around 110 Euros on an October Monday), compared to the 78 Euros we paid for a taxi from the airport! My colleagues and I had dinner in the hotel restaurant located in the lobby area which was excellent.

After having had a shower, there was quite some water getting out and flowing all the way around the shower cabin, reaching near the bed. I had to use one of the long towels to get the floor dry. The next day I put a towel already in the shower door to prevent this from happening again. Not sure what was the problem (the shower door rubber or something else). A bidet is always appreciated and was not present.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel during our vacation. The room was clean and comfortable. It was lit and quiet, and the minibar had complimentary beverages refilled every morning. The location is in the business quarter of Luxemburg City and is quiet during the weekend. It is about 10~15 minutes by car to the city center or take a bus. Public transportation has been free in Luxemburg since 2020.

The dining room is the weak point of this hotel, at least during our stay. We dined in the dining room on the first evening and every morning. The feeling is that it is not functioning well. On the first evening, it took them more than an hour to serve us our order. They did compensate with two complimentary cocktails. In addition, the food was overpriced. Regarding breakfasts, the selection is moderate, with not enough vegetables and cheese options. Some items were missing, and it took too much time to refill. The crew tries to satisfy, yet, it doesn't work as expected.

We arrived in Luxembourg without a hotel booked. Sunday is extremely quiet. We stumbled upon this hotel and decided to check in. We booked a half board package which, turned out to be a delightful experience. The Head Chef - Maria along with Restaurant Manager catered to our every need providing a meal that, was one of the best gastronomic experiences we have encountered in years. Both Paulo and Maria love their craft which, shone through in the food served. We travel often through Luxembourg on route to home in Northern Italy- we will make this a regular stop on our travels. The accommodation is excellent and the hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained.
