Bed was super comfortable! The food was amazing!

The cleaning of the room could have been a bit better—bed was not made, dirty tea cups were not picked up and replaced, and just a bit of more diversity on the tea choices—perhaps add more camomile and ginger tea. Also, it would super helpful if a map was provided. Kazakhstan was the only country that a map is not provided to foreign tourist. These are things that could be improved.

Good hotel with good price, breakfast was good

I liked the location of the hotel - not far from university, metro, and shopping mall. During my stay I appreciated the efficient A-C. During several days temperature was approaching 40 C. I liked also the hospitality of the staff. Internet was available and fast. I can recommend the hotel, as it was already my second stay there.

there were some problems with communication in English, but the staff assured that they work on better English. Overall, good and positive experience.

Apart from the usual great things like cleanliness, breakfast and location, I would like to give a special thanks to the hotel's receptionist / guests manager Moldir. She helped us with various things such as transport and trips / recommendations, and her English was great. There were other employees at the reception that didn't speak English very well, so having Moldir was very valuable. My girlfriend and I felt she was genuinely nice; thanks again for the lovely conversations and your help! :)

Quiet, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast with local tastes. Very accommodating and friendly staff. In walking distance/metro to major sites. They found a room for me on my return even when the hotel was quite full, and it was like coming home. Would definitely stay there again.

Air system has a main control and after a certain point in the season, it's impossible to turn on air conditioning, which means the rooms can get very stuffy and warm, especially if it is not cold outside.

1. Night chief. My teenager daughter was hungry at night and we ordered a late meal. It was prepared quite quickly and it was tasty. 2. Very good breakfast including two types of porridge, fresh fruits, salted salmon, fried sausages, etc. And fresh coffee. Plenty of and convenient time for BF from 7am to 10.30 am. 3. Very spacy room (double). Nice elevator. 4. Location. Center of the city. Close to park and new shopping center Forum with number of cafes near it. 5.Possibility to arrange a transfer from airport at night. 6. Clean.

It happens to be short of soap so we called to reception asking for it. Nothing else.

the spa is indeed just a sauna with a cold water bucket. all reviews are true. unfortunately in the room 917 the water in the sink & the bath did properly go through the pipes (because of this we had unpleasant smell if the bathroom was not in use)

A nice and quiet hotel. The room was clean and perfect for a couple. The breakfast was very good. We had mountain view from our room, which we liked a lot. The staff is open and ready to help, also patient.

coffee is not recommended, better choose tea. Also, do not take lunch there, go and eat around (cheaper and better).

Almost brand new hotel. Facilities are very good. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and fairly quick to address the check-in and check-out. Stayed for one night only, so didn’t get to check the breakfast.

Sound insulation could be improved to my liking. Could hear what was going on in the corridor pretty loudly.
