Amazing dinner and breakfast. We had a private room for eating. The room was also very comfortable. We had everything we needed there, including hygiene products and clothes (yukata, socks). There was an indoor and exterior onsen, which were very clean and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and we were offered a ride to Togura Station after our stay. It is a bit expensive but worth it, I would like to return.
I wish the chopsticks during the meals were wooden, instead of the ones that you throw away after. Also, we had to pay extra for drinks during our meal, maybe it would be nice if every guest had one drink for free.

Very good hotel with excellent staff and good facilities. The family room was spacious, a luxury in Japan, and very clean. The onsen within the hotel was very good, particularly the outdoor onsen located on the last floor of the building, with views to the mountains. We chose the package including dinner and it was very much worth it, with a very large private room just for us.
