I liked the walk to the centar of the city. Its not so close, but i guess it is ok.. 15min walk.. I also liked parking space for my car.

I guess staff/owners could be less cold and distante. They are not seeing the guest. Connection and welcoming, friendly approach is missing. Just cold curtosy. They are acting like they are doing you a favour by trying to be nice. I liked Mr Gabriel. His smile was genuine and warm. Btw, walls are thin, you can hear every normal conversation in other rooms. And you cannot complain because ppl are just talking all night, and they have every right to, but you can hear them.

The stuff is amazing. Especially the woman at the breakfast that makes coffee. She is so nice 🙂 But others at the reception also extremely friendly. Best stuff I have had, and I am very frequent traveller. I liked how they clean and organize the room every day. The cleaning is excellent 👌 I really liked that there is a light for the whole room that can be switched off right next to the bed. Socket next to the bed from both sides. Very clean.

In the bathroom was very bad smell of humidity and when someone was doing 'something' in the bathroom at another room the smell was in my bathroom... My room was quite dark, only one small window next to the bathroom. It was inconvenient as I needed to work from the room first days, but if you just come to sleep it will not matter.

The building and location as such is not really gorgeous, but it is easy to reach the centre of Vincenza on foot (10-15 minutes). Besides, the hotel provides car parks just near the entrance. Super comfy! The room we had was big indeed, super comfy with a baby. For a three stars hotel we didn't expect it! Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpul. We heartily recommend it!

Not really relevant to put a comment here since its just a detail, but a chair or two on the balcony would be cool.

We enjoyed our stay here. The quality of the facilities and the hotel in general was more than we expected (after reading some previous reviews). The hotel was far better than what those reviews said. Our room was spacious, bathroom was clean and big (and they give you a shower cap!!!! Most hotels nowadays don't.) And, it was quiet in there. The breakfast buffet was very good, had many offerings, from warm (omelette and sausages) to cold (muesli and other cereals) and sweet (different kinds of croissants, cakes, etc). Wifi was also very good. Value for money!!

It was not really near town centre. We had to take the bus out and back. But bus fare was not expensive and the bus goes every 10 mins, so it was a very minor inconvenience.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating this also includes cleaning staff. The room was very clean and was very spacious. And had street parking available

Everything was great just be aware that there is no fridge in the room so you can't have drinks that are cold or save things for later. If you aren't comfortable parking your car on the street then I wouldn't recommend staying here but pros, the streets surrounding the parking area are extremely quiet and I felt safe.

Welcoming staff, comfortable and clean room and nice breakfast with plenty of choice of cereals, bread/ rolls, pastries, scrambled egg and sausages. Plenty of very good coffee available too.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the town centre, where all the restaurants and cafes are. There is no kettle or fridge in the room, which we were aware of, but staff were happy to put our things in their fridge and provide us with hot water when we requested.

Reasonably priced. We stayed for one night . The hotel is located in a pleasant, quiet area of Vicenza and the room was clean although small. Breakfast was great, the people in the reception warm and smiling.

The room was rather small but still if it's only for a short stay, it's fine. The walls of the building must be very thin because the noise coming from neighbouring rooms was extremely noticeable.

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They called us a taxi in the morning when checking out. We would stay there again.

We were only there for one night, and there was a footy match at the stadium. There was a little noise but nothing to complain about. Once the window was closed and curtains drawn the noise was minimal.

Nice room, modern and clean, 10 minutes away from Vicenza's center by walk. Parking is really easy, even if you don't get a space on the hotel's lot you have a bunch of streets to park around or the stadium's which is quite cheap. We had a huge and tasty breakfast as well.

The only problem we faced is that the people rooming above us turned back around 3.30am and ruined our sleep for an hour and a half. I would fairly say that if people don't know what respect is and don't behave, it's neither the hotel's nor its staff's fault, but I do have to mention it because it would not have been a problem if the isolation from the around noise was better. If it weren't for that, I would have given a 10/10.

Nice location to reach the old town by walking. Free parking at the hotel and surrounding. Very spacious room and bathroom (we stayed in a quadruple room). Super nice and kind personnel. Rich variety in the breakfast, especially with the bakery.

There was a bit of noise coming from the main street in the night but it was tolerable. Also having a refrigerator in the room would be very nice, although it was not promised and we knew that it was not included in the price. So, not many downsides to the hotel.
